Welcome to the club.

There are a few rules of FastTech, but once you get them down, you'll never look back.
1) Most US suppliers are selling the same items as FT. They just charge more.
2) Never expect your order to get to you quickly. Assume it will be a month, although lately it's been closer to a week.
3) If something isn't in stock or ships next day, it will take forever. Put that item in a separate order. If there are multiple items that are "ships in 7 days," rethink your purchase.
4) If your order is under $20, always pay for the shipping upgrade. An extra dollar or less means the difference between no tracking and at least a month on the slowboat vs peace of mind. E-packet is the quickness.
5) Pay attention to customer feedback. Most products are good, some are great, but some products are lemons. I recently didn't heed my own advice and ordered a new item with no reviews. It was crap. I was sad. I was patient with customer service and they reimbursed me.
