Says "Not Found" - The wait continues..
Yea, it takes a couple of days before it shows up, but I have found 17track.net works the best. My orders from China have been taking about 2 weeks with e-packet, FYI.
Yeah,they are good.I've only used them once so far,but once my order shipped,it was in my hands 3 days later.As for expensive,mine cost me $25 for DHL shipping for 2 mods direct from Coppervape,but on fasttech,i think it usually says around $17 on my orders,but they are usually pretty small and lite packages.
You just have to love the USPS sometimes One of my FT orders must have won a contest to take a trip around the US ! Order was placed Oct 3rd. It left China on Oct 22nd. (when I ordered it had a 5 day ETA but took quite a bit longer but that's ok), package arrived in Flushing NY on Oct 31st. Nov 4th it arrived and left Oklahoma City OK. I live in NY state Can't wait to see exactly where they sent it today

I've got an order coming today...ordered 10/17....shipped 10/20...arriving 11/4....no updates on tracking til it got to the local PO last night. Not bad in the grand scheme of China shipping, but I have much more work to do on patience!!
Got in an order and some of my replacement glass was broken. ft gave me a 2$ coupon lol. seems fair the 5 piece glass where only 3 $
I'm in search of a smaller rta. I mostly build 1.3 to 1.5 ohms. currently using subtank mini/serpent mini. wanting something that's a real rta but holds a little more juice then the 2ml serpent and isn't as tall as the subtank. something with decent air and flavor. pretty much looking for something in between those two tanks. does ft carry anything like that? thanks

Well, I think I am finally done with FT. Sick of them wasting my time over a few bucks. Sick of them asking for a YouTube video every time they send me a crappy $10 product.
The final straw was today. I ordered a Tsunami clone that specifically listed a hollow BF pin being included. Package shows up.. No pin. I open a ticket and get a response that no pin is listed in the description.
Interesting as I took a screen shot of the description just before opening a ticket and it was listed. Now the BF pin has mysteriously been removed from the description. Classy bunch over an $8 part.
In any case, not impressed with wasting my time over a $8 atty. take it back or send me the pin. I am not sending a video and I won't take an $0.80 credit.
After spending well over $1000 with FT this year, I think I am done. Not sure what happened to FT's customer service in the last couple of months, but they are getting brutal. Sad as they used to be great to deal with.

Angelcigs did that to me last year. Missing BF pin. Sent photos, they ignored e-mails for two weeks.
Filed a PP dispute for not sending what I ordered. Within 2 hours of filing the dispute, got an e-mail saying a replacement was being sent. Might be worth a try.
Nah. For $8 not worth my time. I sent them a pic of the part I need from another Tsunami they have listed and the description before they deleted the BF pin part. If they won't send the pin or take back the one they shipped me, I'm done with them. I just don't have time to bother for $8.
The fact they baltently deleted the BF pin from the description just before responding to my ticket stating that it was never included tells me that they aren't an organization I want to deal with.
