If you choose the gift certificate option it is immediate. But beware I had a similar situation just last week and I lost $.56 due to increased shipping costs for the rest of the order.:(

Thank you! How long do you think it will take for the contents of my cart to be updated? I cancelled the two drip tips, but they're still in my cart.
Cart? If it shows as "cancelled" on the two items on your order, you are good. They will never go away, but will show as cancelled and you will get refunded.

It will still be in your cart but will say 'cancelled' on the last line where it says QTY

You know, it's just laziness on my part but I can't be bothered putting in a support ticket. The shipment before this one had a couple of replacement glass tanks in it and both were the wrong size. Customer support argued with me that they were the right size - went back and forth several times until they realized they'd sent me the wrong ones.

I don't know if it was a language barrier thing or what but I don't have the energy for that again. This rta comes with a spare glass and I happened to have ordered an extra one as well.
Similar story is why my first FT was my last.

In 2013.

Once "Pamela" (yeah, right!) was off the case, everything was screwed.

I accepted long ago when dealing with FT that if I need it right away - I google and pay the price. If I order from FT - I order and forget about it. It's such a wonderful surprise to get this little packages all the time!

But seriously - this is the life of FT. I only ever cancelled one order because they contacted me and within a few hours - after speaking with them - they had the orders fixed - I paid and they gave me an extra 10% off the 2 orders they had to split up.

Yes I completely understand. I think many of us have had a few frustrating conversations with them.

So I un-laziness-ed myself and did do a support ticket. They've offered to send a new glass or give me a partial refund of $2 (which is quite acceptable because the replacement is only $1.54).

Also if you go to the product page and click the "reviews" tab, it shows you a preview of the first 5 reviews and at the top are options "see all reviews" and "submit your review." Pick the second one.

I live about 60 miles from LA, and I figure on about a week when it get's there.

That's a long time! I've been lucky in that regard. All of my FT packages have entered the U.S. in Chicago and they are always delivered to my home in Dallas within two days of clearing customs. I've got a package coming from 2Fdeal in China now that will enter the U.S. in New York, and I am very curious about how long it will take for it to clear customs and make it's way to me.
