Mine is at the airport.

I have orders from other stores, same shipping method, that were shipped 15 days later and are already arriving my country.

This specific order from FT is as good as lost and no refund or reship in sight. The relation between seller and buyer is a contract. One side is not ensuring they are able to respect their obligations and it's me, the paying customer, taking the loss.

I've been to China professionally as an Importer and Purchase Manager. China knows how to work properly when they want to. More than often they just don't care.

The World keeps turning and the day will come when China is on the other end of the stick.

Been there .....it's annoying..... customer care sucks now. Am scared to make client purchases.....

10/30/19...(during their busy(?) "Candy15" Sale)...ordered 13-T3S coil 5-packs plus 2-Justfog Minifits (which have batteries) => Arrived Pittsburgh Pa. 11/13/19...

Since EVERY order I've placed with FT...(maybe 15 over 5 years)...has made it here...I don't waste time checking/following tracking notices...

When I find it in my mailbox...I know it's ARRIVED...:thumbs:

My problem is called budget. When I buy something it's because I managed to save a little... I do mean a little. That's why it's so upsetting to me.

Everything I've ordered from FastTech has arrived within two weeks unless it's Chinese New Year. Then, all bets are off. They shut down for a couple of weeks during the New Year and most employees go home to their families during that time. That happens in the late January-early February time period.

Once you place an order with FT you get an acknowledgment that your order has been placed. It's normal not to hear anything else until it hits the U.S. and is passed on to the U.S. shipper. I've never had a FT shipment not arrive. It's tough waiting for them, though!

I've got an order coming to me in the U.S. from another Chinese vendor but the tracking information from 17Track.net is unlike anything I remember seeing before. I don't ever remember seeing anything about the sorting center or distributor before. I assume the distributor would be the shipping company?

Well, what's new about this shipment?
Nothing. Still on vacations in China

I asked FT to compromise themselves with a specific date regarding their decision and the reply I always get is not acceptable:

"Hope you could give us more time, please don't worry, we will reship or refund once we get the lost confirmation from them."

The order left FT on the 24th October. This is the same answer to my tickets I get for the past 15 days. Do I have reasons to be upset? Is a Company so blind and ready to loose a client over a $25 order?

At least if ithe order ever arrives, by now it will speak fluente chinese.

    That is not really a long time for a chinese order, I have one that still says preparing to be shipped from 18th October, it just pot luck if get it fast or not, FT could wait nearly 3 months before doing anything.

    I never have to wait that long. My parcels via ePacket always arrive after 2 weeks of shipment.
    All the other shipment choices, except "DHL Express" of course, always take a lot more time to arrive though, so I sometimes choose one of them for uncritical and smaller orders.

    Btw, it's always important to articulate your questions and answers as politely as possible when you talk to chinese people.
    Yelling and threatening (EDITED) will just cause them to slowly raise their middle finger right before they hit the ignore button.;)

    I've hounded FT CS for 2 months one time over a $10 DOA RDA (stripped center post from the factory), it takes perseverance and politeness to get any where with them. In the end I received a full refund, and that RDA went into the trash, it wasn't the money but the principal.

    And yes, in reality they don't care about loosing a customer over a $25 order, that really doesn't swing any weight with the online Chinese retailers. You already have a confirmation that they will reship or refund so it's just a matter of waiting, lost mail can take 6 months to finally resolve.

    However this is an ecig forum so I avoid making political statements here. I did make one above, but only as a FYI, I'm not about to debate that point here or to bring that up in general conversation about ecigs.

    IMHO it's better for everyone if we stick to discussing ecigs. The Outside on ECF allows political threads, and there are also other forums dedicated to that :)

    I was Import Manager and Purchase Manager for some long years. I worked with China, Egypt, India, Turkye, Italy, Belgium, Germany... been to all those countries and managed to discipline the way I communicate in order to get the best results.

    I guess it's the frustration kicking in... when the deal was for $200k each order things were way different :p

    One important thing I also learned... don't be forgotten. Make pressure and know how much and when to apply it.
