I have orders from other stores, same shipping method, that were shipped 15 days later and are already arriving my country.
This specific order from FT is as good as lost and no refund or reship in sight. The relation between seller and buyer is a contract. One side is not ensuring they are able to respect their obligations and it's me, the paying customer, taking the loss.
I've been to China professionally as an Importer and Purchase Manager. China knows how to work properly when they want to. More than often they just don't care.
The World keeps turning and the day will come when China is on the other end of the stick.
