I tried to make an order with fasttech. After 45 days they cancelled my order and refunded my money never explaining why they couldn't fill it, though they marked it ready to ship several times.

I buy for both my 72 year old mother and me so the list can get huge quickly. Mainly I am getting clearomizers, precoiled wicks (first foray into this for me) and about 30 amount of coil heads but getting a couple of vamo mods for backup too. Also thinking of getting an mvp2 won a mvp and love it, so might get another one. And of course can't resist the other categories know for sure I am also getting an old time looking microphone for my son who is a singer.
Anyone know approximately when my FT order will atleast come to the US? I placed the order the 1/18. FT shipped it out the 22nd, and my tracker says 1/23: accepted china
1/24: processed through sort facility Shenzhen EMS china
origin post is preparing shipment.
Am I waiting on CNY to pass? Or is my order in transit?

Well got my Last order delivered today from FT. Been waiting on the RG500 to go on my Dragon spinner. Don't like the wood drip tip, but the copper looks good.

Me too. Haven't seen anything on my tracking at all. Good to see I'm not alone in this. Thought I was doing something wrong.

Still trying to figure out how much I'll have to pay to ship it back and forth. I thought I read on FT there was some sort of percentage or nonsense having to do with that.
Maybe I can get Thunderball or Buzzzlove to take it off my hands for $15. jk.

Returns/warranty stuff/RMA's (return merchandise authorization) ship to a Miami Fl address, use the standard rate shipping box (if it fits it ships) I shipped a kick (little round thing) inside the smallest standard rate for $5.80, FT refunded it
I ordered 2 Panasonic NCR18650B Rechargeable 3400mAh 3.7V 18650 Lithium Batteries and were shipped on January 8 via Malaysia Post. Wonder if I'll ever get them?

Most things from china generally take up to 4 weeks.
Lately mine have been getting to me about two to three weeks.
Usually by the time it gets to usps tracking it gets to you in a week or so.
Just giving you all who dont know an idea...

Just tried the USPS tracking and it didn't ship on Jan. 8 as FT indicated. It shipped on Jan. 22 but in states on Jan. 24. At least they're on their way
