Assumptions are endless but logic seems to be in short demand.
In what way is acknowledging that unknown factors MAY be harmful illogical? Seems to me that dismissing all cautions out of hand is the illogical course.

To my observation, there's a segment here that acts personally offended whenever anyone suggests aspects of vaping MIGHT not be 100 percent safe.

Just My :2c:

If you inhale ANYTHING besides "Clean Air", it might NOT be 100% Safe. It is just deciding for YOU, what you feel is safe. If you feel it is not then don't use it. JMHO

I did my first FastTech order on Feb 8th. All items were listed as 'in stock' or 'ships next day'. Just checked this morning and my order is still processing, waiting to be packaged. Waiting on some juice, a V12 clone, the stealth Mod...M11, a few 14500's for that M11.

As of today, the 17th, still waiting for items to be packaged....

Has anybody ordered any adapters like the protank beauty ring from ft?

Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I bought this 5-pk of beauty rings/thread covers from FT: https://www.fasttech.com/p/1498100.

All but one of them worked fine. The threading was messed up on one though.

I have no issue with personal concerns.
I have always had issue with persons offering personal concerns as fact with no proof of an existing issue or scientific support for such assumption.
This is how Rumors turn into Urban Legends and fuel Antz anti e-cig propaganda.

I know if I step in front of a moving Bus I may be killed.
I see no need to tell others if they Cross a Street a Bus might Hit them.:D

I don't know about you but I've taught my children to look both ways before crossing the street.
The newbs are not much different than our children just wanting to grasp real world knowledge and looking up to us to teach them that knowledge. As vetrans we are obliged to share the knowledge with them so they can be as safe as possiable.

This is a problem>>>>>>>>>>>"I have always had issue with persons offering personal concerns as fact with no proof of an existing issue or scientific support for such assumption." and I agree with you 100% on this statement.

Has anyone ordered these pre-coiled wicks, only to have them go out of stock repeatedly?

I placed this order 12 days ago, these two items have gone from ETA ~2-3 days to "restocking (?)" 3 times already. They seem like a great option for fast and easy Protank head recoiling, if FT ever gets them back in stock.

Exactly! I did all I could to educate my 4, now adult Children. There is a Wealth of Knowledge to be shared.
I enjoy sharing what I have Learned in the short 18 months since I switched to Vaping.
I try to get new members through the tough times of getting familiar with equipment and teach them ways to overcome issues by meeting their problems head on and getting an understanding of why things do what.
Beyond the Physical - reach out and touch it - I take things with a grain of salt and investigate for myself as to Validity. Unfortunately many just accept what they read or hear as fact without question.

ECF is a Great place for sharing knowledge, but it is also riddled with rumors and assumption on matters both untested and proven incorrect.

If I have offended anyone, it was not my intent. I simply wish to keep members from misunderstanding information and possibly escalating a situation that may be incorrect.

Another +1 for restocking. Order placed on 2/11 has not moved except to show restocking. I would rather cancel and buy from a USA vendor but FT seems to be in such a cluster ....... I'm afraid I would wind up with 2 items.

About the pre-wound coils I ordered a bunch a long time ago and have just now started using them on PT rebuilds. The wire is a little short to work with but otherwise they are fine. Meter out to 2.0Ω.

Uncoil 1/2 wrap from each side - longer legs and 1.7-1.8ohm coil.
