Figured it was time to try a couple of kayfun type atty's. Hope I chose decent clones.

$26.70 Russian 91% Styled Rebuildable Atomizer (4.5mL) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$14.39 Kayfun Lite Styled Rebuildable Atomizer (4.5mL) - clear tank section at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Snagged a some batteries now that they're shipping them again too.

$10.51 Samsung INR18650-20R 3.6V 2000mAh Rechargeable Li-Ion Batteries (2-Pack) - max discharging current 15A / unprotected at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$11.87 Sony US18650VTC4 3.6V 2100mAh Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery (2-Piece) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I'm a big fan of RDA's and always have one or three setup. This one looks interesting, so I ordered it also.

$6.66 Omega Style Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Sorry the links don't have the names in them, but I'm not sure how to make that happen. I'd still like to hear from you Fasttechies about if I chose well on the Kayfun clones.

I have both of those Kayfuns. I also have the FT 3.1 and the PMMA spare parts.

The Russian 91 is a carefree, great little guy, and goes every where with me on an MVP2. The $14 KL lite is a bit more touchy and can be a bit more finicky to wick properly, but when it's right, it's very good too. I personally have a little preference for the Russian - it never seems to have issues with air flow or liquid feed, and I think the top is designed better.

Enjoy them!

Thanks, that makes me feel good about my order. I'd really like a tank setup that I can haul around with me to replace carto-tanks. I don't like having to order cartos, I'd rather rebuild as needed. My drippers are firmly entrenched as my preferred office and at home choice. I figured the micro coils and cotton I'm using would translate well in the Kayfun/Russian clones.

We'll see in a month or so.

My first Kayfun style clone was the FT 3.1. When I discovered it, the whole game changed. Except for my little drippers and a genesis that now works wonderfully, I simply don't want to use the accumulated PTs and such that are now gathering dust on my desk.

Kayfuns are smooth, great-tasting, sturdy little guys, easy to maintain and consistently excellent. The only thing I wish is that they were narrow enough to use in the VTR without the attachment...but there is a Taifun coming that might solve that problem. My vaping expenditures have gone right down, since I am no longer in search of the perfect set up. :)

I think you'll really like your purchases. There is a wealth of information around as to how to build them and what to do if you ever get gurgling or have feeding issue.

Good choice on the Tobecco "Russian", 23skidoo, and for waiting until now to order it.
$26.70 Russian 91% Styled Rebuildable Atomizer (4.5mL) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
The previous versions had many issues, I bought mine from VaporBreak. I did get the SS deck, but also got the junk screws. I can't wait until FT gets these back in stock, I don't even know if they truly plan to sell them:
$0.63 Spare Screws for Kayfun Lite Atomizer - stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

The various pre-wicked NR-R-NR coils I ordered on 2/7 are finally ready to ship today:
$3.87 Pre-Coiled Welded Wires w/ Wicks - NR-R-NR (50-Pack) 50-pack - 34 AWG / 2.5ohm / 4-wick at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$3.87 Pre-Coiled Welded Wires w/ Wicks - NR-R-NR (50-Pack) 50-pack - 33 AWG / 1.8ohm / 4-wick at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
They still show "Ships in 5 business days", so I guess they're going to be backlogged for a while yet. Must be popular items.

Ordered the Sony VTC4's on the 14th (the day they were posted), estimated shipping date kept moving up and now they're out of stock:
$11.87 Sony US18650VTC4 3.6V 2100mAh Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery (2-Piece) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
"Delivery time delayed becuase of the customs clearance problem. We are dealing with the issue and will do out best to ship the delayed orders as soon as possible. Any problems, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department"
Should I just cancel the batteries? If FastTech is having problems with customs getting the batteries to them, what are the chances I will ever receive them? I just wish they weren't almost twice the price from US vendors...

The shipping delays are driving me crazy, but I'm saving a ton of money because I keep cancelling stuff.
If you can wait on the batteries, I'd say it's worth it. My last order had some 14500s and it got to me safe and sound last month. The price difference is just way too high for me to order from the US unless I really need them.

Anyone got any experience with FastTech delivering to EU?

I ordered;
#1. SKU 1514400 - Authentic Innokin VTR Variable Voltage/Wattage E-Cigarette Starter Kit x 1
#2. SKU 1455000 - Panasonic NCR18650PF 3.6V "2900mAh" Rechargeable Li-Ion Batteries (2-Pack) x 2

on 14th Feb at 12:08 GMT. Shipping was confirmed on 18th Feb 18:55 GMT via Malaysia Post. The parcel in the picture definitely had my correct address. But the Tracking website gives me no intel on when to expect it...

My patience is cracking and it's only been a week. Should I expect in around the 5th/6th or what?

I can't say how it will be for you, but I expect my orders to take a month to get to me. Between delays on stock, to shipping issues, to holidays, etc ...

I haven't had anything ship with Malaysian Post before my last order so that might be quicker or longer also. I would suspect longer, or they would have been using them more in the past for their standard shipments and not just batteries now.

Ordering direct from China is a practice in patience. However, my orders have always made it to me.

im from the uk and my last order took took 3 weeks 2 days from date of order to get to me. got tracking number 3 days from order but never showed up on tracking website untill week 2, never updated again so gave up cheeking then bang it was here lol.

my latest order was ready to ship from Wednesday there and only got tracking number yesterday morning and still not showing up on tracking site and probably wont for a good while lol. bit pointless the tracking numbers ive got given to me honestly as never updates then just goes to delivered. mines always go Singapore post.

ps: if I was you I would of made the batterys in a separate order as they can be sent back/stopped holding your order up more. ive never got any from them because my friend had a hard time getting his.

I have a dream...

where the thread could turn into positive experiences with different vape gear and just accept the shipping times are an inevitability that we must all endure, and put it to bed.

or perhaps a separate thread dedicated to that

Yeah apologies for derailing into delivery times, it's just my first upgrade and I'm like a kid at Christmas waiting for it.

A few inquiries is OK, imho. I just dread how it was after last October. 300+ pages of people posting screencaps of their tracking info.

It's human nature, everyone thinks their order is special or different, those of us who have a "few" orders under our belts are more laid back about the whole deal. We just plan for 6 weeks, assume 4 weeks, hope for 2 weeks, order and forget.

The price differences between the UK and FT means you get a lot of presents under the tree for the money.

Absolutely, I mean the VTR kit is about £97 in the uk (I've seen it on offer for £68+p&p), FastTech price £43 all in. I was stunned. The only thing I bought from the UK at that time was the charger, because I wanted to make sure it was UK Mains compatible. I'm kinda gutted that I've got the charger here with no batteries to charge and no PV to put batteries in...

It's worth the wait, believe me! :)
