A misconception about Shipping (INBOUND) USA anyway.

People seem to think Tracking will indicate when a Package Reaches US soil........NO. This is an incorrect assumption.
INBOUND Packages, upon arrival, go straight into Customs. Customs could Care Less if you knew they have your package or not.
Normally, you will only receive further information under one of 4 conditions.
1 - Released to Deliver courier. USPS, Etc.
2 - Hold pending Duty Payment
3 - Seizure Notice
4 - Notice of Return to sender
Package may sit in customs for a few hours to Weeks, get misplaced, placed aside for further inquiry or even slip out a back door.

If a Package says Sent to LOS(LA?), you can bet Sent means Sent. It May be sitting, or USPS may have it and not bothered scanning.

Last 3 LOS ISC drops for me - East coast Road trip ahead - were NEVER Scanned until Delivered. Last Clean scan was Departure Country.

First of all I have not drawn any misconceptions on how mail and US customs operate or integrate with each other. Maybe that is why I am posting and asking questions?
So if what you are saying is true my package very well could be sitting in customs.... assuming that the package actually got delivered to ISC LA.

But I sincerely hope that your last statement rings true. "Last 3 LOS ISC drops for me - East coast Road trip ahead - were NEVER Scanned until Delivered."http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/images/smilies/err.gif
Thanks for the Info and hopefully I can update with a positive outcome soon. :vapor:

I'll be keeping fingers crossed for ya! Of course, it does say too, that tracking updating for MP, is 3-5 days behind, so I dunno.

My second shipment that made to ISC LA fro Malaysia showed up on the tracking that same day, yesterday. I used 17Track. Hopefully neither of us have any issues other than time, which again is no biggy as long as we get what we paid for!

I'm waiting on 3 shipments because my order was broken into 3 due to waiting on certain items. All of them took 4 days from the time they left FT to show up in the MP tracking. Of course they could have been there for days since they are 3-5 days behind on the updating. Then 5 days for the 1st one to be sent to NY. The other 2 are still in limbo. If MP doesn't update regularly, all my stuff could be in the US already, I'd never know.

This is either my 4th or 5th order from FT and everything I have received has been as expected, if not better. No complaints there. I hope you have as good of an experience with the FT products that I have. I haven't spent near what a lot of people do, but I have spent about $200 with no quality issues at all. Waiting on another $150 that's in route.

I use 17track too, it's accessible right from the MP tracking page.

I meant to say I can get to USPS from the MP page on 17track. Duh!

Very true and if I'm not mistaken Documented early in this, or late in the original Thread. This was while we were first having all the shipping issues with HPK and fasttech was scrambling to find alternative solutions.
I made 2 commitments from that Kaos. No e-liquids/batteries and Always switch shipping option back to HKP. Goes directly to NY so the wait is shorter once customs is cleared.

Nice the new waterresistant VV/VW rig is out! (think MVP but with a ruggedized case...and you can charge w/o laying the dang thing on it's side)

    $59.45 E-LVT Variable Voltage/Wattage APV Mod - 3-6V / 3-15W / power bank / LED flashlight / water resistant / anti-shock at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
    1668902-10.jpg

Another good thing...holds a standard 18650, which means if the battery goes kaput on you...simply remove it and replace it with a new one!

Ive seen a couple reviews, in one he dropped it in his toilet. And he also left it out in the rain for an hour. Each time, dried and used. Armed Vaper, youtube. Ive also seen pics of people driving over this thing! Pretty cool device...

Actually it's a Toughbook version of the MVP :p

Uglier than a mud fence...but tough as nails

My Toughbook was a BEAST!!! I traded it for a netbook a few years ago which is long ago dead, but last I heard, the toughbook is still working.
That's why this mod appeals to me but... nah, still too tall with an atty on top.

I'm really considering one of these. Would fit my lifestyle perfectly, being outdoors and all.

Here I though I was being smart with my order, no juice, no batteries...but wait...the eGos I got for the Mrs. ARE batteries! Oh well, I was prepared for a wait anyway.

I'm waiting on a vomo pcb and the launcher mech.. Both said "ships in 5 days"...now "restocking"(?)...
    Any experience with this?

Yeah, it happens all the time. I had some orders sit at ships on so and so date, then when that date comes around it goes to restocking for a few days. I have been noticing a pattern with FT, they will ship in 10 days from the original order date, at least with me that's how its been.

I see the Nemesis hybrid adapters have shipped and are now back to "Ships in 5 days" status.

Looked at the pictures again, trying to figure out how they really work. If I'm not entirely mistaken, it will require a little bit of modification to get working as an universal hybrid adapter.

    1666400-2-thumb.jpg

Here's what I'm thinking... Brass disc screws onto 510 threading. Plastic disc below that as an insulator. Then tiny metal disc for battery contact. ...and then the tricky part. I believe the screw is a replacement for the positive 510 screw/post on a Kayfun 3.1... and keeps the entire assembly attached to the atty; unlike how "normal" hybrid adapters, like the Fusion / MhMods, works.

Hopefully all it takes is gluing the tiny metal disc to the plastic insulator to make this universal. Might not even need that if you don't mind it falling off every time you change batteries.

... just my thoughts. I may well be very mistaken. Anyway, we should get the most important piece: the big metal disc with Nemesis threaded outside and 510 threaded inside.
