DancingHeretik, I know you just ordered some, but has anyone actually tried the premade nr-r-nr wires and premade coils yet (the ones with the wicks)? Wondering how good the welds are, and how close to accurate the resistance ratings are -hoping they're not as junky as the heads that come with their clearos.

I did receive some of the nr-r-nr wire. But, I haven't tried it yet. I've only ever built a couple of my own coils so far. I will report back once I've actually used one or two of them.

I just received the last of my FT orders: KSD Novice.

It's beautiful! It's very tiny and very well made!

My Omega clone and Aqua clone are AWESOME! I never thought I'd say this, but I love fasttech! So many horror stories, but it seems like if you pay attention to the shipping times (ships in X days) and stay away from batteries, they're not THAT bad on waiting. I think this last order took a week. Super happy. I can tell I'll be buying some original atties at some point, but using these clones is going to tell me which ones to buy. Anybody have the Trident? How is it? Any other "must have" drippers (or tanks) from FT? You guys have helped so far, so I'm definitely open to your suggestions.

copper stingray says it ships the next day. I would definitely order one if I didn't already receive the brass version

Probably best to pass anyway. Looks like FT is bottom feeding for Profits on this one.
Poor Black finish
Wrong switch configuration
Etching is extremely shallow and undefined
Other manufacturers are already doing 1:1 clones for only a few dollars difference.
May be time to find a coop:?:

Pretty sure they just haven't updated the 18500 button pics. Sufie said they're all magnetic switches.

I ordered the 18350. I already have an Infinite kit on order, but I thought since the FT one is as crappy as the Skorite/Asmart one as far as lack of engraving, it'd be a good one to play with. I'm thinking of either painting it white and getting a custom engraving, or doing a nice patina and sealing it. As far as I can tell, the bottom and top cap are still good, so with a bit of work it'll be a really nice copper mod for $23 (+ whatever customizing costs).

3 tube version switch looks closest to correct. I still cannot get enlarged pics to show.:(
Graphics on all look like stencils rather than decent laser etchings(No Depth) At least the 3 tube version is crisper.

Still think I'll wait and see it they add another version. I'd like the 2 tubes plus kick/18650 ring and Tip like the original.

Welp, the threading on my FT Nemmy clone switch is barely hanging on. Not sure if the brass threads on the switch or the SS threads on the tube are stripping. My guess would be that the brass is softer so the switch is just about shot. It was always a little loose but still a bummer.

So my FT Vela clone will be taking over my 18350 duties and I ordered the FT Brass Paps clone on a whim to be my 18650 low ohm dripper mod. Has anyone gotten one of the Paps clones yet? I'm kinda feeling like the guinea pig, but for ~15 bucks I thought it would be hard to be too disappointed. Oh yeah, it shipped already too. First try with E-packet, so I'm curious to see how that works out too.

Apparently they're experiencing delays with security checks for batteries/eliquids. That's the excuse they gave me when I inquired about a package that has been stuck at origin is preparing shipment since the 4th. Meanwhile, I've had two other packages ship after that one and have already arrived.

How long have you had the Nemesis?
Check the date and FT warranty.

It was ordered 9/7/13. So I've had it since about 10/7/13. So about 7 months now.

This is what I see at Fasttech about their warranty.
FastTech has the best warranty in the industry. All items are covered by a 5-day dead on arrival (DOA) warranty. 45-day no-question-asked money back guarantee. Most items are covered by a 90-day refund and replace policy, 180-day repair warranty, and product lifetime support and repair services.

Maybe, it would fall under lifetime repair? I doubt it.
