Canceled my green hana mini, ordered one of each of the different zenith clones, a magma, and another 4nine clone....

Funny I ordered a green Hana mini and it's packaging, I halfway regretting it as the full size looks to have an adjustable 510 but I'm really like the form factor and color of the mini argh.

I've just received $16.64 Unknown Rebuildalbe Atomizer (4.5ml) - stainless steel + PMMA at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping and am very, very pleasantly impressed. It's actually a clone of the Belorussian By Ka, and has elements of the best Kayfuns and Taifuns, plus some good innovations. It arrived perfectly clean, too.

The flavour (the most important thing for me) is very clear, smooth and strong. It is also absolutely silent - no whizzing, gurgling, bubbling or whistling. No leaking whatsoever. Easy to set up, fill and refill - do not hold it upside down, though!!! Ask me how I know...You just fill it normally from the top, no blocking air holes or clearing them out afterwards.

The only thing to remember is that the tank has a definite direction - if you try to screw it on wrong side up, it won't work. The e-liquid control on mine is a bit strange - I haven't quite figured it out yet, and am not even sure I need to adjust it.

It is exactly the same size as a kayfun 3.1 and sits perfectly on anything that is 22 mm.

I got it because it intrigued me, and I'm really very pleased that I did. My first impressions are that it is right up there with the 3.1 and the GT, and not at all annoying and finicky like the not-so-great $14 KFLs.

Damn you Fasttech! :D

Haven't ordered anything for 3 months and thought I had it whipped. but No..............They just have to keep pushing things at me.

Well, I had a $10 certificate and they had a New 4Nine listing https://www.fasttech.com/products/1772708
and of course a Mod is useless without a topper https://www.fasttech.com/products/1718100 So........................I had to order that also.

Hey, that still has my spending for almost 4 months at $36 :toast:

I just placed an order for a GP Paps clone and a Quasar RDA, both in brass
The other day ordered a Mutant 26650 in SS as well as a Tobh 28.5mm in SS to match it (still not sure about the FT top cap), a couple of kayfun tanks, some atty stands and a few drip tips
Other than that I'm also waiting on another order which I believe contained a 4nine clone, a second 22mm brass Tobh (love the first one so much), an Omega atty in brass
Also one other order of a 30mm Kayfun Lite

I think I'm a little obsessed with FastTech

That's not including the group buy stuff I have coming from Focalecig... lol

I think you're going to like that Magma clone. I got mine and have been impressed with it. It a solid chunk 'o atty, and has been easy to coil and wick up. You can dial in your air flow, no o-rings to replace, well holds a good amount of juice, and mine was surprisingly well machined.

I can still get better flavor from my little V5 attys with stacked microcoils, but given time I can see dialing this Magma in to being a go-to dripper.

Enjoy the new gear, and let us know what you think of the four9 clone.

Well I've been using this mod $10.59 Sentinel M16 Telescopic Mechanical Mod - silver / aluminum + brass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping together with a kick $7.26 Variable Wattage Kick Module for Mechanical Mod / PV - range: 5-12 watts at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping for 2 months now and it has been great. I use it in 18350 mode. The threads are good and I have had absolutely no complaints. I like that it is much shorter than my Vamo when both are in 18350 configuration. It is undoubtedly the best cheap mod I have ever had.

After comparing an infinite magma to this particular FT one in person both visually and by vaping off them, and having found them to be virtually identical, I went ahead and picked this one up a little while ago. Had it about a week now, and I'm impressed. It's beautifully machined and works great. I'm considering getting a second one already - it's *that* nice.

For anyone considering one, make sure you get sku 1718100 though (the $15.79 one linked above). There's a new one up that's a few dollars cheaper, but it's not 1:1 and it doesn't have a domed top cap, so I doubt the experience would be the same.

I'm really pleased with that Magma. I don't drip taht often, but the deep well on this could convert me. If I really fill it up, it can last me an hour, although about 20 drops is better to minimize the risk of leaking. Either way, I'm usually ready for a new flavor by the time I empty this thing. Very easy to fill, build and adjust airflow.

I've also gotten the brass FT Paps in all 3 sizes now, it works so well!

Shipping on in-stock and next day items has been running 9 to 10 days lately. (Except for the e-liquid I ordered in May, that was more like 3 weeks).

I'm feeling like all's well in vapeville right now. (Well, at least at a personal level, until I remember about government stupidity.)

I've been MIA for months because I already had everything I needed. Mind. Blown.
My homemade mod is still working, but it's having some issues. The case is slightly too small for the 14500 batteries, so after a million uses, I need to press down on the side to make sure the RDA makes negative contact. I'm pretty sure it'll only get worse. Also, one of my 350 egos is starting to get stripped. It's 7 months old and cost half as much as a pack of cigarettes (got it from FT) so I'm not complaining. I decided to make a less flashy / more simple mod from a battery box. I'll still use my trusty A6 RDA (all I ever use anymore, because why complicate things? If it works, it works) which should fit inside. They sent me a "we don't have this" message about the solder wire I ordered, so I replaced it with a different one. They refunded the difference to my paypal account, and shipped out my order in a few hours.

$2.61 Soldering Iron Tip Cleaner - silver at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$2.04 2*AA Serial Batteries Holder Case Box with Leads (2-Pack) 2-pack at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$4.34 eGo 350mAh Rechargeable Mini Battery for E-Cigarette - silver at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$1.51 1mm SN60 PB40 Solder Wire (10g) - 2.0% flux at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$2.41 USB Rechargeable Mini Screen-free Clip MP3 Player - black / microSD slot at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
If this works at all, not looking for great quality, it will be awesome. I've recently started jogging because I don't smoke, and this would be so much better than carrying around my bulky phone. :D

Apologies, and please advise if you think I should've posted this elsewhere:

OK, I've finally decided on my first mech mod, not because of the name, but because I really, really like the way it looks:

$19.31 FIRST Style Stainless Steel Mechanical Mod - 18350/18500/18650 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

ff_zps18cf8d15.jpg

This is the first one that has gotten me excited enough to want to spend my food money on vaping gear. If you say Sentinel, Nemesis, Paps or Stingray, I'll probably end up waiting, because none of the other mods I've seen has had this effect on me.

Can I Kick this with an 18350 or 18500 battery? Which Kick should I get? Todd says Kick 2 won't fit.
I have no plans to sub-ohm or anything, I just really like regulated batteries, and want something more long-term than another Spinner. Heck, I've been good all this time with Spinners and Evods and Vision VTs. After this, I'll probably be getting a Sigelei Zmax V5, but I'll have to save up for that one, so waaay later.

Which RTA should I get? I'm really good at polishing brushed stainless, if I need to, and I don't wanna drip, so it would have to NOT be a dripper. I prefer flavor to clouds. Probably just single-coil builds (I'm just sick and tired of rebuilding Evods - the Vision VT is even worse).

Wanna try a genesis, since I like my top-coil Vision VT better than the Evod. I'm thinking this one?
$12.73 Pulse-G Style Rebuildable Atomizer (2.5mL) - reduced chamber at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
On the Pulse-G, which is better, version A or B?

Or this one?
$12.92 Kraken Genesis Style Rebuildable Atomizer (2.5mL) - glass tank / stainless steel / air flow control at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
My thoughts on the Kraken are that I heard the Pulse-G gives better flavor, and also I don't like the idea of having all those logos all over the place. I'm OK with the smaller capacity of the Pulse-G.

And probably a Kayfun too, but which one? There are so many! Definitely with a Nano kit, to keep it small when in '350 mode (I'm tiny, so don't wanna walk around with a giant mod).

I'm good at drilling and have cobalt bits, but you'd need to tell me what I'd need to drill out.

Magnets? Do I want magnets? (for the switch)

Last question (sorry so long): The battery's gonna show through the slits and I'd prefer the writing on the battery not to show, especially if I end up with the eFest flamey one. Can I heat shrink it with this, with no ill effects? $1.18 Single 18650 Battery PVC Heat Shrink Tubing (Red) - 2m in length at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Should I heat shrink it with the Kick?

Thanks! :thumb:

They only have one of the Pulses in stock. The other has been sold out long enough I'd say you only have one choice. I got mine from the US so I can't guess which one it is.
I also got my Kraken from the same place but from reports I've heard from people that got them at FT this is the one, $12.92 Kraken Genesis Style Rebuildable Atomizer (2.5mL) - glass tank / stainless steel / air flow control at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping that comes with the plug.

Personally I'd get them both. My Pulse took less modifying, mainly because less modifying was possible. It's more difficult for me to build on because I like ribbon, I had to give up and use round wire. It does taste good.
I like my Kraken but it took a lot of tweaking to get it there.
Both of them seem to have designs that I don't like about some gennies (holes unplugged, dual air holes, washers or posts to shorten the positive leg), both have designs I like (thimble instead of screw posts). I like some points about each, elongated air hole on Kraken, chamber reducer on Pulse.

#1 ETA 7/5 Now eta 7/12
#2 Ships in 7day - picked and waiting

I know they will eventually get together and arrive. Just wish FT had better communications with Reliable suppliers.
I wish they would build a warehouse and switch to a real time inventory system.
