Good chance to get it in a week. But waiting for 2-3 weeks is possible also. Depends a lot on customs.

My current order from China (3fvape) was processed in Beijing on 2016-07-22 (whatever it means) and still sitting in Chicago customs:

Mine is currently stuck there as well. I was all excited as this order got to US customs 2 days after I ordered it (fastest ever) but it has been sitting there now for 3 days

Oh well, this one was mainly parts for some of my tanks.

Oh well, this one was mainly parts for some of my tanks.

It may already be out of customs.Mine always go through Chicago,and about 90% of the time,the tracking never shows that it left customs,or went to the sort facility,i usually don't know it left customs until it gets scanned at my local post office.

I've quit FT for now. I cancelled last 3 orders over the last couple of months over the in stock bs their pulling now. Get my money and order immediately goes to ETA 5 days. After 5 days it goes to ETA in 7 days. This was on in stock items. Other Chinese vendors have the items I want at a better price and ship within 1 to 2 days. Not playing that game anymore.

Wow, never had that happen, I would be upset also. I have ordered from them about 3 years, 40+ orders, order only in stock or ships next day, and have never had this problem. They are a good company with fair prices, and for myself I will continue to use them. Sucks you have had this problem.

I've split orders when an item has taken too long. I'm cautious to avoid anything that I have an urgent need for.

Placed my first order yesterday. It said, ships in 5 days. It actually shipped in less than 24 hours. Since I've only made one order I have no idea whether what happened to you is a general trend. Hope not.

I've been ordering from them for over three years (61 orders) and was very happy with their service. I never order anything urgent and I also only order in stock or ships next day items. With the looming regs coming I am well stocked now so I probably won't need to order anything else.

Nope.

I've been ordering from them for over 2 yrs and I've had all of these experiences. I usually try to order in stock items but they still can take over a week to ship. On items I was willing to wait for (eta), I've had them ship in less time and extended for more days. It's always hit or miss with them. There's no set pattern with their ship dates. I've ordered much less from them in the last year because of this.

Items ready to ship go out immediately. Only the delayed items are held back, imo they hold the same place in que when shipment arrives. I've had a single drip tip held back and there was no additional charge for shipping. I think FT has a min wait of 2 weeks before splitting with no charge. They will split earlier but if one of the shipments falls below min $20, they will add their shipping charge which is still very cheap.

I know a lot of people that order in small lots of around $20, thinking that'll help prevent delays on everything. I tend to order in one big lot, then wait to see what's ready to ship now and ask for those to be split from any delayed items. Since nothing's urgent, I give them a week before asking but I don't know if that's necessary.

Got it! Thanks! The item that was holding my order up was a protank mini clone that was something like $2.83. That's probably why they were waiting to ship. They probably knew I wouldn't like paying a shipping fee for something that cost under $3!

I think my package has probably already left China and is on its way to the U.S. even though I wasn't notified that it had left China. I hope so anyway!!

You can always check the status of your orders in your account.

Sometimes, they'll split your order if an item delays your order longer than they think it should. I've had them split an order only to have the item holding up the order ship the next day.

Best way to keep your sanity is to just place an order and expect it in 4 weeks. Anything sooner is a bonus.

I know you're right. I shouldn't worry about it. I'd be better off if I didn't worry about it, but I ordered on July 15, and I think two weeks might be my limit for waiting patiently!! LOL!!

Most of my FT orders take 14-16 days but the last couple took less than 9 days from order to my door. I've had orders take 8 weeks too but those are rare.

I've only skimmed a few pages, but is anyone concerned about issues coming through Customs with the upcoming Deeming? I'm contemplating an order (everything else is already en route or should be here before 8/8.

Nope, just placed a order 30 minutes ago, 8/8 is only no new products allowed to be sold, they may open some FT packages, but no reason for them to hold it though, it's in 2 years we will be in trouble if nothing changes.

No sitewide one at the moment, but the coupon code MAP works on some products.
