The 3lb box is the 1200' one. When I went to Sally's over here in Niagara Falls the tag on the shelf had it listed in feet. The difference between the 500' box and the 1200' box was like $5 so it was a no-brainer to get the bigger box.

To get a perspective on how long a 3 lb box will last, Cut that 1200' into 25' lengths, coil a 25' length into a small container, and put that on your build bench. Now see how long that 25' lasts you.
You left out the most important part, what DAY? LOL unless you are keeping it a trade secret. If I had dough, I would be experimenting. LOL.

Ahh,ok,good to know how many feet are in it,mine just said 3lb. with no indication anywhere about how many feet were in it,i just knew it's alot haha.
I don't mind the wait, honestly. Keeps things exciting. I need to grab a few magnetic charges, my cell phone's port is a mess. I wonder if any of the dollar stores sell them or Walmart? I gotta go there later. LOL.

My package has made it "through" Chicago ISC. Yet they're still estimating it will take until Friday to get here less than 200mi away. 15 days from the order day. Pretty typical from 3 years ago.
I'm thinking 3 days in the air it must've been a bird or one of those sky candle lanterns.
Also an old memory is what you think sounds like it is through ISC isn't, about a week later it says something that actually means through.

My tank has pulled out of Chicago. I don't know if it's heading to the right part of the state, that's always a crap shoot when dealing with Chicago going somewhere in IL that's not Chicago but there's a chance.

I'm not exactly a happy camper with FT at the moment. Placed 2 orders on 6/18...first 1 had items that would ship next day; second 1 was items that would ship in 3 days.
First order got shipped when expected and arrived within expected time for the shipping option I chose.
Second order -
I got shipping notification from FT on 6/22. But tracking shows it wasn't actually even accepted by China mail system until 6/24. Then it finally left Shenzghen on its way to San Francisco at 23:32 on 6/26. It just yesterday finally made it to San Francisco, CA. (Why it's my 1st package from FT that's ever gone to San Francisco, instead of New York, or Chicago, or Miami...is beyond me!) And, it took 15 days to get there from Shenzghen!! Will be at least another 3 days before delivery to me in FL. That makes it 23 days from when they said it would be shipped. Guess I won't ever choose and pay for the option that said 8-10 day delivery again.

That was one of my issues ordering after 3 years. I couldn't remember what option to pick. All I could remember was whatever was the default don't change it. So I didn't. I think it will be 15 days to my door from the day I ordered "in stock" ships in 3 days stuff.

Funny coincidence, I just picked up my 2nd package from FT today after it was also sent to SF. Never had that happen before.(Currently in the NE) And this package was actually sent before the other one!!?(which was sent to Chicago) Mine usually enter the country @NY unless I am in FL then its Miami.I'm not exactly a happy camper with FT at the moment. I think sometimes they must wait until a 'load' is full before actually sending it on to the US. Just glad mine finally arrived. And am glad you at least are getting info on where your package is.
Way back, possibly in the first thread like this, and things do change. I remember someone picking a supposedly faster way, Singapore Post I think, and they were waiting forever.

I always choose United states express epacket (not the other epacket options routed by fasttech or hong kong post) normally around 30 cents to just over a dollar depending how much you spend. If you spend over $20 it is normally 30 cents. From shipping it is normally here in PA, USA between 7-14 days. They say 5-10 working days so this is acceptable to me.
Yes! As predicted Chicago sent the package to St Louis, because anything south of Chicago must be near St Louis, right?
At least it must've been loaded in a tractor trailer, it's there early enough to make the drive halfway back up the state so should easily be delivered tomorrow.
