Maybe there is something wrong with mine. Did you steep them? Have you tried other brands of blueberry and juicy peach for comparison?

Lol, virtually every time someone pops up to say a liquid is unvapeable someone else pops up to say they love it, I am rapidly coming to the conclusion with e-liquids that I like what I like and to hell with everyone else.

Ref Minor, you are so right. Taste has got to be the most personal, subjective experience around, perhaps along with the sense of smell...:)

E-Cig Vicious, no, I didn't have to steep them, just tested them the minute I had them in my little fists... Where I live, it is next to impossible to buy e-liquid and I am about 95% sure that much of what is available here is just re-branded. Just for price and availability, most of mine has to come from fast tech.

Right now I have Cola from both Liqua and Dekang, Blueberry from Dekang and Hangsen, Juicy Peach... Lemon from Dekang, Citrus Mix from Liqua, and a bunch of other flavours. About 4 months' worth.

I personally like all three brands, with a tiny preference for Liqua, and mix them sometimes for more variety - cola goes really well with Lemon, or with Pomegranate, for example...The ones I have are nice, clean-tasting, not over-sweet or over-complicated, which is just what I like. The only one I really couldn't vape was RY4 - it made me want the real smell of a newly-opened pack of cigarettes...not good, not good, not good...

For the last few weeks I've been using an iTaste VV and now my new MVP with them - I find their tastes change quite a bit with different temperatures.

This is just my experience buying them from FT. The price is great, I trust the manufacturers and they satisfy my older taste buds!

Can anyone confirm the quality of the Panasonic batteries they carry at FT, and what model fits in a Provari? I'd rather not have to use magnets etc to make them work.

Currently using AW IMR's but was curious about the Pannys.

Dusty, 2 of the Panasonic batteries are high-drain, and work awesome in variable power devices. They are the CGR18650CH and the NCR18650PD. They are both rated at 10 amps and contain a safer chemisty, unprotected, li-ion/li-mn hybrid sells, reported to be as safe as unprotected IMRs. I have a couple. CGR18650CH and for my VAMO get equal to more charge time than AW IMRs. The NCR18650PD is reportedly much the same but is a newer version with a little more capacity. They are flat top, same size as AW minus the button, so it should fit the ProVari unless it needs button top 18650s?

If you notice I have the 510 to ego on the vamo. all vamos and vv vw chinese mods should ALWAYS have a 510 to 510 or 510 to ego connector . This will protect the pin from over tightening, protect your threads (that will strip), give another barrier so juice doesn't fall down the connector onto the control chip, killing the mod. I know it looks ugly, but this is the only way to really protect these cheap Chinese mods that have electronics and poor threading in them

I thought about that until I see it in action. That looks like you're asking for something to get broke.
It is my thought (and this type of stuff is my job) that it's not the screwing in and out that destroys threads, it's the tiny 510 connection compared to the weight and size couple with people dropping them (or threading in wrong but that's user error). I think you're better off using a eGo cone ring that provides a larger base to sit on.
This is what I use for eVic and Vamo V2 https://www.fasttech.com/product/1384603
This works for Vamo V3 and gives a very sturdy lock up https://www.fasttech.com/product/1326405

Short of nothing else I screw in until I feel it make contact and then take the ring of the eVic and Vamo V3 out to meet the base of the atty.

I was just going to say this. That adapter is asking for more trouble than it is preventing. If you are going to have to baby it around because of a structural weak point, you might as well just becareful when you screw your tanks on in the first place. Between me and some RL friends we now have a total of 6 Vamo v2, and use everything from RBA's to catros to protanks on them with out issue. I was the first to get one, and I pointed out to everyone about tightening down to hard and pushing down the center pin, and everyone has been just fine since then.

If anything you can pick up the EGO cone Myk suggested, since I think there are a few threads right on this forum that say those adapters can damage the center pins just as easy as the tanks can. At lest with the ego cone you are staying away from the center pin.

At first I thought the cone rings were a good idea because of the V2 pins (I've heard that is fixed with the V3) but originally I figured I could avoid screwing in too tight. I just hated the wobbling atty. The more I thought about it and heard of people with thread problems the more I realized it's that wobble that is eventually causing the threads to give out.
Coupled with people who insist on setting their mods upright without a stand to keep them from falling over that shock will quickly destroy .5mm threading. Small diameter fine threads can hold a lot as long as the object is on a strong base. Allow that object to flop in the breeze and they won't last. Even course threads won't last like that as I found out when I made a bow string jig, same threading with a larger base to sit on hasn't been a problem.

It would be nice if these mods used stainless 510 threading though. Make the weak spot the atty not the mod.

I love mixing. Keep it complicated enough so I'm never sure what I'm tasting and I don't get bored for a few weeks, then make a new combination. I agree on the RY#'s.

I too have been trying lots of juice mostly different Dekang and Liqua.

Don't the i16s last forever? I've heard of people going 6 months on a stock heads. I can say the i30s won't quit. I dig the Citrus and it adds some zap to stuff like berry mix, apple, watermelon, american blend, and other fruits that I have tried it with so far. Can't see myself trying anything else Hangsen.

I noticed slight less flavor around the 2 week mark using the i16s daily. But 2 of them are still going strong after 1 month so for less than 3 dollars each(i buy at least 5 per order on FT) they are great.

Lol, virtually every time someone pops up to say a liquid is unvapeable someone else pops up to say they love it, I am rapidly coming to the conclusion with e-liquids that I like what I like and to hell with everyone else.

The thing with Hangsen@FT particularly is that they aren't shipping with the retail bottles. Minor gripe to some, kinda a big deal for me, while Hangsen retail bottles don't come with a plastic wrap like liqua the original packaging gives another layer of "security" to me :) that i'm receiving the original product.

I wish they offered Hangsen with original packaging even if it was more expensive, as of right now i'm still ordering Hangsen from other vendor just because of the packaging "issue".

I know this has been asked to death, but yeah I am asking again :p

I want to buy a cheap ego/rebuildable clearomizer set for my friend, kind of kick start his cheap ... into vaping. I know most everything is a knock off at fasttech. Can anyone recommend a tried and true starter kit from there?

Thanks

Tried and true, go for the itaste VW v3.0 you get 4 iclear16 clearomizers, charger, variable wattage, variable voltage, ohm check.
$39.54 iTaste VW V3.0 7-in-1 Variable Voltage Rechargeable 800mAh Electronic Cigarettes Set - vv-3.0 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

While with the i16's you don't need the ohm check the full featured itaste leaves the door open for future "fiddling" if he wants to try RBA's he has an ohm checker or if he starts buying delivery devices with different ohm settings he can just use the VW and forget about it :)

Not "tried and true" yet(i bought like 6 but you could wait for some one to receive theirs and update us all :O) but crazy cheap would be one of the 12 dollar ego twist, a couple of i16's or x9 tanks, an ego charger and some liqua :)

$12.69 EGO-C Twist 1100mAh Variable Voltage Rechargeable Battery for E-Cigarette - black / 3.2-4.8V at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$3.00 Innokin iClear 16 Dual Coil Electronic Cigarette Round Mouth Atomizer (1.6ml) - translucent / 2.4

$6.04 X9 Protank Atomizer with Plastic Tank (2.5ml) - translucent / 2.5

$2.52 USB Charger for EGO Electronic Cigarette - cable length 25cm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$2.87 Authentic LIQUA E-liquid for Electronic Cigarettes (10ml) - energy drink flavor / 18mg/ml nicotine at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
