My latest order just arrived, and along with some non-ecig related stuff, I got:
* an Ego-C twist "1100", which is apparently only 950 mah, but that's all right with me. It is sturdy, well-finished, with easy-to-read numbers, and will be a VV back-up for my itastes and mvp. It has already finished charging, and is currently carrying an iClear 30 with...
* Liqua Apple at 3.4 volts. Wow! The Liqua Apple is absolutely delicious, no doubt about it. Its taste at 3.4 v in my iclear30 is like a fresh, ripe, red apple, deep and a tiny, tiny bit acidic. Not syrupy or artificial. Fabulous. I tried it at 3.6 and the taste changes to something sweeter and less pronounced. Almost like good applesauce. So this is going to stay at 3.4 v for ever and ever.

I also got a T4, currently drying out from its first bath, Liqua Berry Mix and Dekang Passionfruit, both of which will have to wait a bit before I try them.

So I am more than pleased with both the CTwist and the Liqua Apple!

My liqua berry mix tastes like $#!t. Been steeping for a week and still nasty. It tastes like the oil taste that cartos have. Giving it another week and if its still the same, the trash will be his new best friend. The Hangsen Peach was good so I will definitely be ordering more and trying more from hangsen. Hope this liqua berry mix gets better.

I have the Liqua Strawberry and I have to say I'm not a fan, the flavor is very weak, and it has a very artificial taste. I have some of the Hangsen on order from FT, hopefully that will be better.

Hangsen will probably be what I will get from FT but I want to try a dekang to see how that is. I wish the Nic in the peach I had was lower. It tasted like there was 18mg and not 12. This berry mix says expiration is March 2015. I'll see after this week.

You piqued my curiosity, so I got the now-dry new T4 and am trying the Liqua Berry mix at 3.4 v right now as I type.

BTW, I'm not trying to sound like a smartalec, but the temperature and kind of tank really does matter in my experience - especially the temperature.

* The T4 is really cool, very streamlined, no machine-taste (it has been rinsed out in hot water, though), very comfortable to fill, and I love BCCs...

* I really like the Liqua Berry Mix at 3.2v to 3.4 v. I can easily see it as an ADV. Ok, it doesn't blow me out of the water like the Liqua Apple did, but at really low temperatures, it tastes like my idea of fresh forest fruit - ripe red currents, gooseberries, something very nice, natural and fruity. At 3.6v it loses its clarity and tastes over-cooked. I didn't even try it at higher voltages. I also haven't tried it in a top-coil clearo.

My conclusion just from my experience right now: Berry Mix, like the Citrus Mix and the Apple, need low temperatures. At or under 3.4v they are great, over 3.6 or 3.7 and they are over-cooked and messy-tasting. Give them at chance at low temperatures!

Oh, and the T4 is a cool bcc...:)

Now you have me wondering if I should turn my voltage down to something under 4.1. I also had it in a T4 and for me all juice seems to taste best at that. I'll still give it another week for more steeping and I will try it at 3.4-5 since my battery will only gow to 3.3. It's weird that other juices taste different at different voltages. But like you, I love those T4’s!!!

I can really see using the T4 when I go out! I'm a little old lady living in a conservative city, so my protanks/iclear30s etc. have a definite "weird factor" for anyone seeing me

Back to temperatures : Yes, try it lower, as low as you can, and see what happens to the taste. On the iTaste, I've now got the Berry Mix at 3.3v, any higher and the whole taste changes in a not-good way.

I don't steep the Liqua or Dekang at all - I find they're good right out of the FT package! Obviously YMMV!

From what I've read, tobacco flavours taste best at higher temps, but I don't use them at all, so that's hearsay for me. I love fruit flavours and so far, all of mine are best at very, very low temps. I can only suggest trying them out that way! I hope this helps!

Hi,

I was just wondering how long fasttech takes to deliver to India? Any clue? Fellow vapers from the motherland...

HK post will take 10-15 working days days SG post takes similar time

i stay in Hyderabad, HK post lands in mumbai and from there it takes max a week time to reach me
SG post lands in chennai goes to mumbai and then comes to hyd

i have placed 4 orders with FT till now 3 for myself and one for a friend who is in chennai
on all the orders i opted for the regular shipping option with tracking number and FT upgraded it to SG post every time.
i have received my orders perfectly but my friends order got stuck in chennai customs from 30/7/13 to date.
dont know whats happening with it @ chennai customs.

After a few days with my DCT Pyrex carto tanks i have to recommend them to everyone, they are great. I'm using boge XL 2ohm cartos and they work flawlessly on my SVD and MVP. They hold the carto really tight.

On another note, the new arrivals today haven't been stellar but i might get one of those ego t1 kits just for the "drip tip" to use on a wood mod i'm building :p

I use BCCs and Liqua juices, the only ones I use above about 3.8v are my energy drink and menthol mix. Most I use at 3.2v to 3.6v on an ego twist.
