I picked up some more premade coils, some iPod headphones and an ATTY, they should be here any day now. Here's the funny thing, I ordered some kanthal from lightning vapes at the same time and it hasn't shown up yet either, both placed on the29th, it's a race to Canada folks and so far china is beating the US.
I have had it with their customer support. I had one DOA item and a DCT glass tank that was broken in shipping. Sticking glass in an envelope with zero padding is not very smart. Opened a ticket 18 days ago, sent pictures, shipped the stuff back and so far I have only gotten credit for the postage. It takes them 2+ days to respond to every post and they just don't seem to understand that they are not issuing credit.
That is what I am seeing also. FT certainly doesn't have any controle over things after it leaves the factory but their customer service and problem solving seems to have fallen way off. A couple of months ago you would usually have an answer back the same day or the next on a ticket. Now it takes days for any kind of response. They also seem to be out of stock on a lot more items. I mentioned in an earlier post that they first told me they had shipped a computer mouse then five days later said Oooops no we didn't because we didn't have one and they then reorderd the item that day (many days after the initial order) It then said out of stock, then said ship on the 12th. That computer mouse STILL hasn't been shipped.
I'm not bashing, just saying.

If I thought I'd have to wait a month or more, I'd just have spent $10-$15 extra; I care about my health and I have NO other device to vape and no money to spend $10 a night on a Blu disposable. I guess it's time to just throw more money out the window and order a real Twist from Discount Vapors, they had fantastic shipping time, 2 days I believe. Two weeks was acceptable for me when it came to having $15 extra to spend on a few extra packs of cigarettes until it came in. If I continue to wait, that's probably $40 in cigarettes I'll spend. I could spend less than that just ordering a new device and selling the China clone to a friend once they take interest in vaping.
I started to order the mini bcc yesterday. May go ahead and order it Friday.

Well when/if they get here I will give a little review on them I love my Ismoka BCC Mega so I hope they are close to the real deal.
They're in China guys... if you don't want to wait 2-4 weeks for your stuff then order local. I just ordered $80 worth of vaping stuff that would have cost me over 150 at my local b&m. Well worth the wait imo.

I wonder how many are like me, in that I'm not angry or annoyed about how long it is taking. I just don't like not knowing. Example, what is the difference between "Acceptance" and "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment"?

Well I have 2 orders into fasttech right now. Can't wait for them to get here but since I just placed the orders on Thursday and Saturday its going to be a while for them to get here in the USA it seems. I really want the vamo to get here but it was on the most recent order and says 5 days to ship as its the vamo with 18650 batts and nitecore charger.
Despite the mail issue going on now..it really isn't all that bad....I remember when mail would take ten days to get across the US from coast to coast...back in day when all payments were made by snail mail and we mailed our payments 15 days before the due date and crossed our fingers that it would get there in time, lol.
Mail/delivery logistics has improved much since those days.
Like i said...I don't care how long it takes, as long as it gets here

That is exactly how I feel. Not angry or annoyed. I just want accurate information so I know what to expect. If all four of my orders were sent back to FastTech I would be fine. That being said .... I'm really looking forward to getting my first order ever from FastTech.

My Vamo has been in HK for the past 18 days and no news it'll ship anytime soon. It's said that orders with batteries are getting delayed. Still, 18 days is what takes to get here, so I filed a ticket to see what they answer.
The american mail is bad too, one of my orders took A MONTH to go through customs there... Total journey time, 51 days
I don't risk it. It's cheaper but I prefer the real deal. The plastics might work fine, but I prefer the original.
