Received a new tracking number for a 20 Sept order just now. The third since 10/05. Five more new numbers to go...

I'd almost forgotten about the order i placed back some time near the start of september - the tracking never updated for it. fast tech just sent me a new tracking number that looks like it's working ok with the explanation that packages sent weeks ago were all stuck in a backlog at customs, but newer orders sent out (in the last few days) are getting straight through.
I understand some people's frustration at not getting their stuff sooner, but when i ordered it was with the expectation that it was going to take a minimum of 3 weeks.

I put in a ticket for the package that was sitting in acceptance since 09/25/13 on USPS, but Hong Kong Post showed it as returned. This is the conversation.

Per Hong Kong Post tracking the package was returned to the sender October 4, 1013. USPS still shows it as accepted.
Has the package been returned?

My shipping number is LK0*******6HK. It states the following:
Destination - United States of America
The item (LK0*******6HK) was returned to sender on 4-Oct-2013.

Just got an email notification... processed through sort facilty! w00t!!
ordered 9/20
"shipped" 9/21
"accepted" 9/24
"processed through sort facility" 10/2
with any luck, it will hit my mailbox by the end of the week.
processed and departed SF sort facility on 10/5. still waiting on the next update.
meanwhile, my order from Mt. Baker departed Kent, WA sort facility on 10/6 and was delivered yesterday.

Last Saturday I sent a PIF package to someone who was having troubles. I think I am just so wrapped up in my FT frustration that I forgot to be kind and patient.

Oddly my latest order had made it to SF, with my 2nd latest order showing processing through the HK facility and my oldest order (sept 18) still sitting in Accepted.
Then my 2nd latest order suddenly leapfrogged the latest one and was out for delivery this morning. Got my tridents and some other goodies
No idea what's going on with my 9/18 order.

I placed another order with FT last night.
I am really just trying to forget about them and have finally stopped obsessing. (for now LOL)
I had the same expectation too. I was even willing to wait one month. What I had not expected is that my more than 3 weeks old orders would be reshipped. Pratically resetting the waiting process back to zero.
I know, CH, I feel as tho we are strangely and forever bonded over our FT orders! LOL
guys dont talk about it in the open thread, it'll cause probs. and attract attention of people you dont want to be paying attention to you. they are real nasty about this rule
MBV is awesome. I order from them on Friday, delivered on Monday - always. But once they hand off to USPS, like FT, it's out of their hands. I think the SF USPS guy makes a stop in Haight-Ashbury on the way out and gets lost for a few days.
Just a note regarding a Fasttech order I placed on 9-27 for 4 batteries. Only after placing order did I see the notice regarding batteries being refused and sent back. That a refund would be given if this happened. Seeing that I personally have never had an issue with FT orders, I said "OK, I will wait for refund, should have read the notices BEFORE ordering", and their holiday was about to take place too.
Well, I got a USPS update last night that my order has processed through San Francisco and then another update this morning that it is in Dallas. This was a very small order, so maybe it slipped through.
Just wanted to post a good outcome regarding FT and I hope that things go well with all of you and your orders.

Sorry, wasn't trying to be the police and I hate doing that, just trying to save all of us some grief.
I placed four orders all in the past two weeks and have already received two of them. Another is waiting for product on 10/11/13, and the other is being split into two shipments. One at HK post and the other waiting.
