I had the same expectation too. I was even willing to wait one month. What I had not expected is that my more than 3 weeks old orders would be reshipped. Pratically resetting the waiting process back to zero.

Look on the bright side... because our orders got recalled and then resent they should get to us faster than if they were just left waiting.

Mine was just liquid and i've got plenty, so i wasnt in too much of a rush for it anyway - if it had been something i needed then i probably wouldnt be so blase about it

According to ft, none of the packages are going to be held up anymore. That huge pile in the corner from early Sept is now being attended to.

Anyone know if FT will let me drop currently out of stock items from my order in exchange for store credit?

I have dropped 5 day ship items for in store credit. Sad thing I keep forgetting I have that credit when I place an order.

They will ask what type of credit you want.. In store which is immediate and another.. I forget what it is.

Refund to Paypal. I took the store credit (gift certificate) and used it next order. If you have bits left over on 2 or so credits you can even combine those on a single order.

Actually, they indeed showed at the HK Post instantly. I guess you're right! But I'm a bit desperate, because one of my 2 egos died, and buying another is out of the question. I've already spent too much on this stuff, both in China and ebay, and have nothing yet. My 2 orders from ebay are probably stuck in Customs since 09/25 and 09/30, and I have no idea when, of if, they'll be in my hands.

I'm confused why one tracking site states it was returned to sender and USPS shows it in acceptance for two weeks. As you can see opening a ticket didn't help since it appears they only monitor USPS for USA orders.

The other tracking sites are saying mine is ready to depart HK (For the past day) while usps still says acceptance. My bet is that yours was returned, usps tracking is almost useless.

What I see as confusing is how FT doesn't even know the shipping process. They print a label with a tracking number and send it out the door. You get that tracking number but the package is in the hands of Hong Kong Post. Once it is scanned in, being physically accepted into the HKP facility tracking info shows in both HKP and USPS. That only means they have only verified it arrived and is packaged in a way that is acceptable for shipping (key to note - they have only seen the outside of the package at this point). At this point USPS can only read certain movements by HKP such as processing, processed and depart. If HKP is saying return to sender that means it never made it to the hands of USPS and they might not have a code for HKP returning the package.

Shortened version - if HKP says returned to sender, they rejected the package due to what is inside after they initially determined the packaging was acceptably packaged. fasttech should know this.

USPS only tracks if the mailman or usps center scans it. They are not required to do. Some mailmen/women scan others don't.

That is why USPS can be useless as a tracking.

From everything I have read if a BRAND is given it is genuine so I would say yes it is the real deal.

Have you checked both hkp and track17 for updates? As I mentioned above, usps has mine (9/6) as accepted still while hkp shows that it's moving and on its way over here.

I don't know why but I've had a hankering to buy one of those ever since I first saw it. I don't want to build a pipe, I just wondered if the shape of it would be nice with a protank or something of similar size on it.
