I tracked my package today which contains a Nemesis clone and a Nimbus clone only. Here is the message im getting "The item is being returned to sender through the acceptance office, please contact Mail Tracing Office at (852) 2921 2211 during office hours if necessary." Not sure why they would return it since there is no batts or juice. My question is what is my next step of action? Do I need to contact fasttech or will they automatically resend it? So bummed out.

I bet it was HK post,,exact same thing happened with me,,,u can contact FT and they ll tell you that u have two options:
1.Refund
2.Store credit
but I asked for a third option,,lol,,to resend my package via swiss post,,and now they are reprocessing the order..so don't expect that they ll ship the same package to you,,it ll take normal time like when u place a new order,,and I know that sucks..
 
I have not used FT yet but I am considering an order. The V5 and SVD, Nitecore I2, Protank and coils,

AND batteries. So I should order the first line, then separate order for batteries. Do I get to specify slow boat for batteries so they don't even try HKP? Seems to me that is going to happen anyway, so why extend the wait by trying?

Choose swiss post at check out,under other shipping methods,,from what I am hearing and experiencing swiss post have no probs with batteries and is comparatively fast..
 
OK! Lesson learnt! Always order your mods+RBA+RDA in a separate order and batteries+eLiquids in a separate order. Not paying for the shipping, so why not get stuff in 2 different orders? I'd waste 12 dollars on batteries rather than wasting the whole package, especially, the mods and the RBA/RDAs .. Thanks for sharing!

Actually, I don't know why I did this mistake when I know, batteries always create a mess up! Fedex doesn't ship batteries internationally. DHL does. So there's way too much hoopla in case of batteries. I'll make sure to create different orders next time!

As far as I know dhl doesn't ship batteries,,,internal batteries,yes..but pure baterries,not at all,,at least that's what happened with me,,and that's what dhl and most of the websites say..
 
For ppl not being able to track HK post since last few weeks,,here is an "explanation" from FT:

"Since the postal system was jammed with a lot of packages, and all the packages are requested to accept the X-ray scanning one by one due to the airmail restrictions, processing was delayed.

There are many packages were delivered, but no tracking information on the website.
Hongkong Post may release packages directly without scanning them with another tracking number which don’t inform us. Please be assured that your package is on the way to your place.
Please wait a few days and it will be delivered, we will consult it with Hk post and check if they can give us further information.

Thanks a lot for your understanding again."

I have a "stuck" battery (eGos, not "loose") order, yay; since Oct 24. Typically how long until it heads back to FT so i can slow boat it? Anyone have anything make it through?

Yesterday some one else mentioned the 24th and I have had one stuck since the 24th as well. It's starting to show as a pattern here. My theory is that there is a bin in a dark corner of HK post from the 24th and some day some one will dig it out and we will finally get out stuff. It may very well have been put in to the "other" country pile that is backed up 15 days.

all they do is keep asking me to WAIT another week or so while they check. It's been OVER two months since they shipped and NOTHING.

I don't even WANT it anymore,,,,,,,

It's awful the way you've been treated. There is no excusing it. Some posters here will share their example of something shipping in a timely matter as if that's evidence that everything is OK. Where I went to high school 65% was a D. Anything below 65% was a failing grade. When grading my FastTech ordering experience I include everything from the website to the moment I actually use the product.
I've been consistently disappointed.

I'll probably order again. No need for someone to advise me on what I should or shouldn't do.

I don't think I'll order again, and it's a darned shame. I know so many have had no problems,,,,,,

it's not the problem that bothers me,,,,,,it's the fact that they KEEP telling me to wait without a valid reason,,,,,,,,

I think they are trying to put me off and possibly delay refunds. I understand this sucks for them,,,,,,but two months is pretty reasonable for me to wait before expecting them to do SOMETHING, IMHO.

Well, at 45 days after I placed my order that had never left Hong Kong, I opened a dispute with PayPal. I didn't want my money back, I just wanted my order, but I knew that the limit for placing a dispute as 45 days. FastTech never challenged the dispute so I won by default. I should have my money back in about a week with nothing but two months lost to show for it. Basically, I made an interest free, $100 loan to FastTech.
This leaves me still wanting an SVD, I2 NiteCore Charger, and good, name brand batteries that are at least 2900mAh. I'm not going to replace my order with FastTech because I'm not stupid. Does anyone know where I can purchase these three items in the United States, at a price that is at least close to what FT is selling them for?

The stuff I had stuck in Acceptance on 9-6 with you is already used up and gone.
I hate this happened to you and I hope you get a refund immediately.
I know this is no comfort, I just want you to know that I care and I feel terribly for you.

Ordered a VTR and two Panny 18650 3400mAh flat tops on 01Nov13. At that time, the delay for the the VTR was that it was scheduled to ship on 22Nov13, but the batts were available now. The scheduled ship date is still 22Nov13.

I'm thinking the whole thing is probably not going to ship until December, and then it will get rejected for the 18650s, but it's kind of like an experiment. :D

I totally did not know about the VTR deal posted earlier in this thread (I don't remember where it was from), or I would have ordered from there. Not quite as good a deal, but a very good deal nonetheless.

I could cancel the FT order, and get the domestic deal, but the FT is less expensive from FT, I'm in no hurry*, and it is sort of like a game at this point.

*I have an eVic, and an MPVv1, so the VTR is just fulfilling the "hobby" part of my psyche.

Carry on, and vape away :D

I hope I don't run into money problems if things go south.... That would be no fun at all.

Same with everyone who bought a vtr from FT,including me,..there is a discussion on the vtr page on FT,,check it out,,most ppl r thinking that it was a preorder and ft never had a stock..

eh, at this point it's just irritating,,,,,,,,thank goodness, I ordered an MVP2 stateside though :lol: I'm just really irritated that they are making me wait so long.

I opened a dispute with PayPal and should get my money back in a week. I hope it's not too late for you to do the same.

it's too late. It's been over 60 days since I ordered,,,,more like 70 days. it's not the money that has me peeved,,,,,,,,it's the customer service. they asked me to wait,,,,,I waited,,,,,,now they want me to wait again when they promised me a refund if I waited before.

um, NO.

File a claim with Paypal or if its too late then your CC company or maybe go to their forum and raise a big stink about it and call out Jasmine and Geek in the title.
Their shipping agent lost your package and now its time to pony up. It was obviously one of the ones they kept reshipping and lost track of the numbers so now they have no idea where its at or how its labeled.

If you go the forum route let me know and I'll back you up. Bet some others here will too.
