I tracked my package today which contains a Nemesis clone and a Nimbus clone only. Here is the message im getting "The item is being returned to sender through the acceptance office, please contact Mail Tracing Office at (852) 2921 2211 during office hours if necessary." Not sure why they would return it since there is no batts or juice. My question is what is my next step of action? Do I need to contact fasttech or will they automatically resend it? So bummed out.
I bet it was HK post,,exact same thing happened with me,,,u can contact FT and they ll tell you that u have two options:
1.Refund
2.Store credit
but I asked for a third option,,lol,,to resend my package via swiss post,,and now they are reprocessing the order..so don't expect that they ll ship the same package to you,,it ll take normal time like when u place a new order,,and I know that sucks..

I'm just really irritated that they are making me wait so long.
