I requested they send my ithaka HKP whenever they restock (9 business days past original ship date and counting). Hope that's not a mistake given HKP has returned shipments with nothing looking like a battery.

I basically did the same thing and said, "unless there's a really good reason why HKP is bad right now, and what that might be"

Probably pointless but was worth a shot.

batteries are getting returned to FT as they are not supposed to ship them loose with a lot of carriers but they kept doing it anyway. It became a nightmare for a lot of the orders that had them and HKP apparently started returning any and all shipments to FT that even smelled like there might be a battery in it. There are people who have orders 2 months out and have still not received them or a refund.

Now you get to wait for your stuff to make it across the ocean.

7 days from the day it said 'despatched to overseas LAX' and....still waiting for an update. Some say that it may just show up at my door without ever being tracked in the US. But I figure that is doubtful. At least my local PO has been very good in the past about scanning stuff in, but we shall see. It will be 3 weeks from the day it shipped on Friday. I expect it will be a month by the time I get it, but I would love to be pleasantly surprised.

I have one order that has beed stuck at "DESPATCHED TO COUNTRY : UNITED STATES / CITY : J.F. KENNEDY" since 11/30. USPS tracking "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment"

I've ordered through fasttech many times but now mine is also stuck in limbo. My order was marked as shipped on 11/20 and according to HK Post, it is "being returned to sender through the acceptance office". I don't have any loose batteries in my order but it does contain an MVP v2. I've been using the support ticket system which I have had success with in the past but if I do not see a change in status soon I'm going to file a claim through paypal. I have an MVP v2 already but I ordered another color through fasttech and also a vamo v5 as a backup.

I cancelled my Kayfun because of the constant restocking, wait 5 day, wait 7 days, wait 10 days and then restocking again. I just cancelled the Caravela for the same reason... I'll catch it stateside and pay a bit more... I just can't be waiting weeks/months for them to come in stock... by the time they do I don't want them anymore.

All of my packages say 'Despatched to country' - I am not sure what I should be watching for, if anything...

I ordered an MVP2 in late October and still haven't received it yet. It's stuck in HK post. When I've contacted FT, they say I have to wait 8 weeks from when I ordered before I can get a partial refund, if any. Since I used PayPal, I've upped this to a claim just to get my money back. Be careful of this company when ordering batteries. I'm not impressed with them, personally.

just watched a pbusardo review. he said "buy yourself a kayfun. best christmas gift". i have a load of RBA devices and a kayfun. the kayfun is the only one i use for 3 months now. i just can't go back to the mesh and coil devices. too much hustle for me. i just want another one before i get the Aqua ( cause you know. dual coils ). is that so much to ask?????

i was about to order the KFL/r91 last night. for 26$ i should be happy. however it says it keeps restocking while finding new suppliers to meet demand.
how do i know which kfl is in stock? ehpro or tobeco?
the pics look poor in comparison with the clone that was on ebay (sold out at 39$). Is it the same, or clone of clne of cl o.....?
anyone have one of these that can offer assistance or suggestions?

I'm not sure if when the Tracking says 'Despatched to country' if it means that the Package is Actually on a Plane or Boat. Of if it just means that the Package has been Sorted to get ready to go on a Plane or a Boat.

Either way, you are One Step Closer to getting whatever they sent you.

my kayfun was supposed to ship by the 5 of dec after not seing any movement on the 10 I decided to open a ticket, after an hour I got a tracking number but no answer
