My two shipments that had LK.......SG tracking #'s have changed to "Processed Through Sort Facility" "ISC LOS ANGELES CA (USPS)" December 11, 2013 , 11:11 pm USPS tracking. These were Despatched to US on 12/5. Quantium Shipment Tracker shows no updates.

Still no change on my RQ......SG package that has been Despacthed to US JFK since 11/30.

Hope this helps others. The RQ......SG package was built in batteries and I chose Registered Airmail Singapore, and the other two LK.......SG packages I chose USPS Free shipping method.

EDIT: All three orders were placed on 11/24. Shipped on 11/25

12\5 dispatched to the US. Mine was dispatched the same day.

Yes! I came home to this delightful surprise myself tonight. It had not been updated on any tracking sites this afternoon.

So yes, my package is FINALLY officially in the US. It only took 20 days to do so. Order made on the 17th of November. Shipped on the 22nd of November. And my usps tracking as of today....

So for everyone waiting on their LK.....SG package. There is hope. It is just a very very slow hope.

Considering tomorrow is the 3 week anniversary of this package being shipped, and since this package is now finally moving thru the usps system from CA to Florida, I expect it probably on or around Tuesday of next week. So if that holds true, it will be about 3 days shy of a month(4 weeks) from shipping out of FT to my door.

Mine hasn't updated at all. I guess ill open a ticket and complain it says 36 hours support wait time now blah. My other order shipped a day after had multiple updates and even usps is able to track it now. I was hoping the tracking is unreliable and the reason why mine hasn't updated so maybe there is a problem. This stinks i hate sgpost !

in my experience you should expect patiently only if the tracking says: Dispatched to overseas "with a contry code following"

otherwise there is a problem to be concerned

i don't know. its china, things like these are to be expected. i have been lucky so far with zero casualties along the way. 10 shipments no problems ( except for the long time waiting ).

This is the information thread for FT. Shipping, and what are the best options are par of that.

It is informative, especially after a major change in shipping providers.

I personally would rather read all the shipping posts than the posts complaining about people discussing shipping.

I agree with what I highlighted. The rest has become clutter with countless dozens re-posting the same complaints over and over rather than reading to find already information that has already answered their questions.

And this was to be the Fasttech Product information thread - lost a word there. Not the China Shipping problems thread.

Now, I'm not saying it needs to stop. I actually just skim over most shipping post now.
What I am saying is we have expectations just like those wanting to read shipping issue after shipping issue. So, if you wish to bark rather than offer answers, expect to get barked back at.

I think I ordered one of those? Fasttech has gotten so Slow, I can't really remember.

Maybe they should change their name to SlowTech?

I believe there is a large difference between the various orders described as of late. Bouncing between the FastTech forums and threads here at ECF it seems as if people fail to take into consideration with whom they are giving their business to. I am not in any way attempting to defend or persecute FastTech but I know that I personally researched before ordering and understood that there would be a period of waiting we as most consumers are not accustomed to.

With that being said, I would still check for tracking updates but not nearly as much as something I would have ordered from a distributer stateside.

In an attempt to help all who are anxiously awaiting their vapemail via SingPost I have found that you must use multiple tracking apps to get the info you seek.

1st-Quantium Tracking

This will get you the info until it arrives in Singapore (typically)

2nd-Aftership Tracking

Seems to update information while Quantium stalls at this point

3rd-USPS

Once your tracking information hits this point just set up the email notification option and vape what you got in hand, knowing that your gear is practically delivered.

Two of my three orders have cleared through Los Angeles. At this rate I should have them before 20 days has passed. That is how long it took to get my last order sent via HK post. I am happy as a pig in poop.wo

OK, I am getting on these two orders an extra charger for an ego. A couple of new dripping atties. One is a Phoenix clone, one is the Nimbus clone. I wanted to get another IGO-L but the were out of stock and I didn't want it to hold up the shipping. A few drip tips in different styles. A couple of them are the really short wide bore style and a mid length one plus one really long one. I just wanted to see how the different styles affect the vape. I also have 3 wind up Android toys for my kids and the third order that has not left Singapore yet has a Nemesis clone in Brass. I also have in my cart at FT a Caravela 18350 just because I really like the look of it. I know, I won't really know the quality until I get it but from what I can see that looks to bea well built piece. If I don't like it I can always sell it. It's $14. Damn, now I'm going to have to go ahead and pay for that one and get it on it's way. My wife is going to kick my .... and I probably won't be seeing my favorite christmas present for a while.
