Order #A113005033 - Shipped
I placed my order on Nov. 30th, on Dec.5th I received the e-mail stating it had been shipped. I paid the extra dollar for USPS.
When I click on the tracking#, I get this.



It shows a shipping date of June. Is this normal? I realize this will take time to get here, and I ordered nothing that I have to have in a hurry. No batteries involved. This is my first time ordering from FT, so just wondering.

Not a shipping date of June, Hon... That's the 6th of DECEMBER. Not to worry, I thought the same thing when I first saw the dates in that format

fasttech was great and then... Now they suck.. My last 3 orders has not arrived and it has been 2 months. I finally got refund on one of them after 1 month of 3 emails exchanged and the constant do you want store credit question even after telling them a few times I just wanted refund. Needless to say I will be ordering from else where from this point forward regardless of their low prices. Good luck trying to track your package with this Singapore Mail system....
Feels like a break up with a girlfriend you really loved...
At the end it is not Fasttech that is fumbling the problem, but them deciding to do business with bunk carriers to save a buck has losing customers, Fast.. So I hold Fasttech responsible still.

Go head.. I didnt have any problems with my order comments... smh..

Well, that explains why my Singpost tracking shows april 12th lol. I didn't get to the point of realizing its dec 4th until reading this, I had just assumed that the tracking link was screwy. Dumb American, 0; Singpost Tracking, 1.

Another recommendation for those just using singpost for the first time with FT.

Check on Quantium. Track Shipment(s)

My package didnt show anything on usps or 17track until it had already moved thru Hong Kong, been processed in Singapore and then finally 'dispatched to the US'. It appears that this could be anywhere from a week to 2 weeks....at least right now.

Also, as a further recommendation, while I have not tried it myself(I will be), I am hearing that the china post epacket service is much quicker. And it is free as well to the US with orders over $15. You have to select it though with the 'more shipping options'.

On Quantum it says "ITEM DESPATCHED TO TRANSSHIPMENT HUB".

If you open up the details, you should see the path it took.

And from wha I have seen, that message means it is routing from hong kong to Singapore currently.

United States –Registered Article Item
Effective 1 August 2013, tracking status of Registered Article delivered in the United States will not be reflected in the track and trace system of both United States Postal Service (USPS) and SingPost. SingPost's track and trace system will only show the date that the registered article leaves Singapore.

Customers in Singapore can raise enquiry with SingPost if the addressee confirms non-receipt of the Registered Article after 18 working days from posting. SingPost will check with the USPS on the status of the item, and under the international postal agreement, USPS may take up to 60 days to reply to SingPost.

I need somebody's opinion who has actually ordered more than once from FT. My Vamo V3 appears to be in limbo.

Singapore Post has it as: Despatched to overseas (Country code: US)

Quantium has it as: ITEM LODGED INTO TRANSSHIPMENT HUB LOCAL POSTAL AGENT

I've searched and can't find an explanation as to what's going on with all this.

I have ordered more than 10 times from FT, 4 of those times using Sing post.

Quantium Tracking does not mean anything other than its been picked up and its on the way to sing post carrier office. It basically just means that it exists.

Many times, at least its happened to me once, my package never even made it to sing post, it was returned by quantium to fasttech.

That particular time, my package also had your same tracking info on quantium. It was returned TWO times to fasttech before I found out.

Fasttech is not very good at letting you know if something happened, so you need to get in contact with them through their ticket system or their forum. But dont expect any type of logical answer. The most they gave me after 3 or 4 tickets was bland copy and paste responses that they use for their entire customer base.

Im not saying your Vamo is in limbo but I would contact FT.



EDIT: i just read your sing post was at despatched to overseas. That means its on its way to you :0 I dont think you need to worry.

I have a order with no update in tracking for 12 days through sgpost /quantum tracking. Anyone experienced this ? This is all i get. My other sgpost shipment is moving and updating. I have no batteries and no juice in this order too. Should i write ft a ticket ?

Btw when you place new orders and when you get to choose your shipping options click on extra options and there will be an option for hkpost. I did this for my latest order a couple days ago and it's shipped through hkpost

My two shipments that had LK.......SG tracking #'s have changed to "Processed Through Sort Facility" "ISC LOS ANGELES CA (USPS)" December 11, 2013 , 11:11 pm USPS tracking. These were Despatched to US on 12/5. Quantium Shipment Tracker shows no updates.

Still no change on my RQ......SG package that has been Despacthed to US JFK since 11/30.

Hope this helps others. The RQ......SG package was built in batteries and I chose Registered Airmail Singapore, and the other two LK.......SG packages I chose USPS Free shipping method.

EDIT: All three orders were placed on 11/24. Shipped on 11/25

in my experience you should expect patiently only if the tracking says: Dispatched to overseas "with a contry code following"

otherwise there is a problem to be concerned

Mine was marked as sent to the U.S. on the 9th, which should put it here in the states sometime this weekend I would imagine. It would be about 20 days if it arrives next week. Thank God, because I'm about at my wits end rotating three eGo batteries.
