They carry three ithaka clones. Is one better than the others as far as performance. Looks like two come in boxes and one doesn't. The one that doesn't is the one I was going to get. The prices vary from $20 with two at about $35. I was going to get the $35 that is currently in stick but then noticed there were some slight differences.

Any thoughts?

Anyone have one of these?

I am shocked.

I ordered a kayfun 3.1 clone back in late October. There was production delays, then it sat at Singpost for about 3 weeks... basically, I didn't get it until after Christmas.

It came with a chromed brass deck. Yeah, I know the whole brass debate, but I personally didn't like that. So, I requested a stainless replacement, which they honored quickly.

I have to give them credit for good customer support here, they took care of it right away.

Shipped via China Post ePacket on January 5th. I figured I'd see it sometime in February based on my previous experiences.

It's already out for delivery today (January 13th). Wow... really?

Needless to say, I'll be using China Post ePacket on all my future orders, and thought I'd share for others looking for less-than-a-month delivery.

I have Both of the more expensive Ithaka Clones.
For me, the full Replica with logos turned out to be the best. Both have gotten decent reviews. My polished had a few machining issues. 1 in threading on the wick collar and a mouthpiece that doesn't seal properly.
One or both cause the tank to vape when shut down and flood if slightly opened.
Again, this is in MY unit and not an indication all are that way.

I also purchased an Hcigar Nemesis to compare to my 4 FT Nemesis clones. People keep demanding I accept it is Better. NOPE, worst switch of the 5, offset tube boring noticeable and slightly mismatched tube finishes.
This in no way proves which is better. Only which of mine are better and that any given production piece can be a fail regardless of the suppliers Name.

Just cancelled my order for another Itaste 3.0; placed the order around Christmas and it still hadn't shipped. I thought it was coming as I received a email saying your "order has shipped", it was just the coils I had ordered as well. Crap happens, may be for a reason as I was reading about knockoffs of the V3 that they had been selling.... onward search has begun.

Hey guys...

Would love to get some fast tech juice suggestions, no chinese juice haters please...

Im putting together some cheap set ups to get some smokers i know started.
I am mostly a diy juicer but am not comfortable sharing yet.

Juice suggestions please!

I've had good luck with most of the liqua fruit flavors. Coffee, chocolate, vanilla and turimisu are very good too imho. And then there's the Menthol and mint which were what I used the most, very good. Turkish tab tasted like dirty socks and the mixed berry wasn't my cup o' tea. Cola was meh.

A couple months ago I started trying different Dekang and Hangsen. So far I'm very pleased

Dekang:

Mint= Spectacular
Spearmint= Similiar to the liqua, maybe a tad lighter on flavor..Tastes good.
Pineapple= Tastes like a pineapple, but the nic def wasn't 12mg, more like 24.
Orange= Decent, a little perfumy even w/ steeping
Melon= Tastes like Honey dew or cantaloupe, I don't like either fruits so I didn't like it. It was a good juice though.
Carmel= 0 flavor
Cherry= Horrible

The plastic nipples on the 10mls were all cracked, wierd.

I found that the cheaper dekangs weren't popping up in searches for me. Here are a couple links for both 10 and 30ml, use the drop down menu to access the other flavors/nic levels.

Hangsen:

Dunhill menthol= Good, has more of a tab flavor then mint/menthol, works good with a little extra mint.
Mint tab= Less tab and mint as above. Kinda bland.
Marlboro Mint= My favorite, less tab taste and more mint.
Banana= Ripe peel type taste, didn't like it. Was expecting sweet.
Juicy peach= very good
Mango= very good
Fruit mix= good, a lot going on in this one
Blueberry= On par with what you'd expect a blueberry to taste like

I WILL NOT try any of the other brands.

Don't have much of a chance to look back through the thread, but are there problems with tracking for epacket via China post? My USPS shows "pre shipment" on first and last order, and has been for almost a week. I have 3 separate orders, the middle one shows "in transit". Would it be safe to assume the others are coming at about the same time?

all FT except for the spinner

Do you have links for the tanks?

Also, anyone who ordered the stainless Kayfun Lite clone and had it ship before Jan 4, remember to open a ticket to get a free replacement stainless steel screw set.

Here is an interesting tidbit that will get buried in the vastness of this thread.

FT NEMESIS

I now own 4. All are slightly different in finish quality and switch function. 2 are SS and 2 are Brass.....or more correctly I should say WERE. I prefer the look of them combined into Two-Tone Variations.
In an Effort to judge fairly, the opinions of others, I ordered an HCigar Nemesis SS from 101Vapes. Their price drop made the purchase a given, now equaling FT pricing.

If Nothing else I ended up PROVING one thing. I am good at getting the DEFECT when Purchasing!
This is Not a Slam on HCigar, nor a Pat on the Back for FT.
Simply a point of contention that Manufacturing is not prefect. Products are made ON machines but BY humans. Errors, defects and mistakes happen.
Of my now 5 Nemesis, the latest(HCigar) has the most issues. None the less as I work out the kinks it will be just as good as any one of the other 4.
Why not return it? Hmm......Why risk getting another just as bad or worse or with different issues or maybe having better luck when I have a workable device right here. Naw, I'll deal with it just as I do everything else.

*So anyone considering purchasing a Nemesis, Not sure which to purchase. Don't worry so much over who is selling. Odds are in your Favor, but there is always a possibility of disappointment.

OH, the HCigar:
Switch almost completely un-pressable - Fixed after serious cleaning and some brass cleanup.
Top 510 threads extremely tight - worked AGA-T down to chase and clean. Most cheap 510 topper now fit. Ithaka's are still VERY Tight. RSST is a no go yet. RSST threads on all other mods.
Upper long tube miss bored - not centered properly(only slight)

and for some reason this is the only one I cannot make work with the dress ring installed. going to have to break out the calipers as it seems the battery sits deeper. Either slightly longer tubes or shallower top/bottom caps. Thinking Tubes or top cap as I can see the increased distance to the battery looking from the switch end.

I had a suspicion that fasttech was holding my order hostage. They wanted to lump my replacement SS deck in with my order, but it just wasn't processing.

I demanded the split my order to alleviate this potential problem. A service rep claimed I would need to pay for postage since it was under $20, or whatever limit they had. I refused payment based on a previous mistake made by them.

A day later, my order starts processing. Can't be a coincidence.

I ordered an SVD last week thinking it would take a while before it gets to me which would give me time to get good batteries and a good charger for it. Well, my SVD from Fasttech arrived last night!!!!!! So I get to only admire my shiny new toy until the batteries get there which I ordered last night after receiving it. Guess this is what happens when I assume it will take a month to ship overseas.
