I ordered some of the V2 Nitecore/CH panny kits the day they listed them back in May. The whole listed stainless but you receive chrome mix-up in discussion... Good ol FT spec drama The chrome finish has been pretty solid(goes with me everywhere) and the supplied pannys deliver me 5ml+ daily for 2 days between charges. The code "BFL" takes 5% off any stand alone batteries in your order.

Dang it... Too late to apply the code! Maybe next time, if I get more batteries from them.

I bought some 10ml needle tip bottles in my last order and they were fine, no leaks or loose needles, the rubbery bit that goes on the end of the needle is a bit flimsy but otherwise they were OK.

I have 8 of those, no problem with the 6 I am using, 2 are untested.

I'm reading that many of you buy the top-wick clearos, but I have been buying these for a few months:

These are center-wicked. I'm pretty sure it's carto-type batting in the center, not SS mesh or silica wick. A few helpful words about these - 1) These are disposable. You can't get into the clearo without breaking it apart, at which point, it's not useable. But, I soak mine in vodka or hot water between flavors and can get about 2+ weeks per clearo if cleaning them/changing juices or 3+ weeks using the same juice over and over in them 2) If you soak them in vodka, don't leave them in too long because it seems to melt/break down the glue that holds the base onto the clearo causing them to leak. I soak mine about 30 mins tops 3) It takes about 2 fillings to break them in to get rid of the cotton-y/muted taste - that does pass.

Those are top coil. You should not fill above the coil to avoid leak , flood and gurglin those are one of the oldest clearomizer style with no replacable coil head, they are better options you should try

I have 1 kanger protank already, but I want a couple more pyrex tanks for tank-cracker juices and not looking to shell out $22 a piece for the real deal. Are the knockoffs any good?

Nut sure what a vanillavisa is but you can use a prepaid visa like the ones from walmart. I have a friend that only uses those.

Yeah if you look at the discussions under the product description some of the comments say they are plastic. Price may still be worth it though.

I just checked again: they're pyrex, and maybe they're not knockoffs at all. They actually do say KANGER protank. What threw me is that only 1 of them says "genuine kangertech product" in the description. Its a moot point anyway, as they're all sold out now

The $10, $12 and $15 Kanger Protanks are genuine and Pyrex. There is a $6 or $7 Protank but this is ABS plastic clone. The plastic one is very thick and looks like glass and sounds like it if you tap it, if you scratch it you can see it is plastic albeit good quality. I would assume that tank crackers would eventually do their thing.

The $12 one has come back into stock at least once as I missed it first time round and picked one up when it was restocked. I think if they keep selling out and FT can get them in for he same price they would be looking to try.

if you are going for even lower ohm coil than 0.7 ohm get Sony US18650VTC3 which has 30A discharge rate.

make sure that you use 2c vape safety fuse for protection from shorts in the mod and multimeter to measure your self built coils for resistance,shorts.

Panasonic NCR18650PD best battery for VV/VW mods.There is another battery Panasonic NCR18650B with 3400mah compared to 2900mah of NCR18650PD,trust me all the extra 500mah of the battery is useful below 3.2V which is not possible use in VV/VW devices.

Brock, I cant answer that question but just wanted to say that the SVD I got from FT does not rattle, has very tight threads. Very snug. and at 37 bucks, if your thinking of something similar to the V2........just saying.
