Anyone else having problems with fasttech and Singpost?
It seems that my package is stuck at Singpost for 6 days now and is not shipped overseas. It's been staying in the "Information received" state for all this time.

Who gave you the impression that you'd get your stuff in a week? It might happen and sometimes does, but it's an order from China, be a little realistic.

Yesterday I put in a support ticket for a similar issue with Singpost. FT tells me that right now the Singpost site is down for maintenance because of all the recent tracking errors.

I imagine that the info we've been getting from Singpost hasn't been accurate. I'm just going to wait patiently for a couple of days.

Saturday and Sunday are not business days. So the earliest your order could be shipped would have been Monday, if and only if all your stuff was i n stock and shipping that day.

Did you check the shipping status of each item on your order? See top left - Orders- and go into your order to see. If any item isn't ready to ship, your order will not ship. The "typical" 5-8 BUSINESS days starts when your order is packaged and shipped.

I don't know why you interpret some of the members' comments as snide. We could respond that this very same information that three of us have taken the time to give you now is freely available from past answers, if you'd done a search of the site for "FastTech shipping".

But if I did say something like "do a site search for this information, which has been given at least 50 times in this very thread", that really would be snobby and know-it-all superior...

I'm doing a trial order with this website. I placed an order Saturday, August 10, 2013 and it's now August 15th early in the AM and it is still unshipped. Is the site slow to update your order information or is there some sort of problem? When I was told about the website I assumed I'd be receiving my item a couple of days from now, but now I'm not so sure.

Also the tracking number is of course always blank, I assume because nothing has been shipped yet. But considering I chose USPS does this mean eventually a USPS Tracking number will appear? Sorry, I'm new to this site, and a little iffy.

Seems you are missing Key information:
Order Placed on the 10th -
No information on Items Delay - i.e. when any given Item will be available for shipping.
This key in calculating time of expected arrival
Missed the Fact that Typically 8 Days to EAST Coast might include Florida(unless it moved) and the fact that 8 days is not one week.
This Delivery Time information is for Shipment movement in the Transportation system, not including and time for pick and preperation to ship order.

Before getting so uppity you should
A) Verify Shipping Date Via Tracking #
B) Verify Time from Shipping Date to Receipt Date
C) compare to Posted Typical Shipping Information from Fasttech

Your order 8/10
Today 8/15
Total 5 Days In processing - Not in shipping
Even if it had been in shipping, your are still 3 days early in complaining. Perhaps you could better spend your time checking to see what items you ordered to cause yourself a delay.

Me too, one did change straight from info received to shipped to destination country though. I had raised a ticket with FT about another one and they asked me to check in a couple of days and that they are aware that SingPost are overwhelmed at the moment.

My order has been on "restocking" for 4 days. Pretty disappointed with their shipping times.

Shipping times don't have anything to do with stock levels. Be disappointed with those.

I recently placed an order w/FT. Plenty of attractive batteries colorful clearomizers and tips .
I hope my order is all good, but time is not an issue.
I have ordered from overseas plenty (computer parts n flea market items),
so I expect a pretty good wait. As for quality, you get what you pay for. I just hope for the best!

Right...USPS 5-8 days, as in, United States Postal Service. That doesn't include to to pack up your order and ship it, time for Hong Kong post to get it to the states, and time for it to get to customs.

No one was being rude...it was just a little incredulous to us that you would think something would be at your door in a week from China, especially when a quick google search would find you average ship times...in fact, you are IN a forum where multiple people have posted their ship times.

EDIT: Ahhh...I see maggie and the rest have got to this first.

So you go on forums to get answers from people who know nothing?
All us know-it-alls seem to be telling you the same thing. I wonder why that is?

If you want something fast, order domestic and pay more. If you want something cheap order from FastTech and be prepared to wait.
The reason I don't order things that would save me small amounts from FT is the wait isn't worth it for me. I stick to mods and clones where I save a lot. The savings make the wait worth it.

The reason I'm not up in arms about my recent shipment showing that it shipped Friday but not even being scanned into Hong Kong until Tuesday and STILL waiting for a seat on the plane is because I know that is how FT manages to have free international shipping. You'll get on the plane when there's room to fit on the plane.
