No
ALL Li Ion batteries or anything that contains Li Ion batteries are NO LONGER SHIPPED AIRMAIL (thru a plane anymore) when the "international" rules changed (wasn't Chinese decision..they were TOLD the rules changed!) after a few planes caught fire (2 pilots died) they changed the rules, any Li Ion in the system STOPPED [I guess maybe if they can't redily identify "hey that's a battery *bzzzzzt* kick it back then it might go thru], they started x-raying packages and kicking them back (not just FT but ALL cheap Chinese trinket websites!!!) fasttech IMMEDIATELY started taking kicked back packages and shipping them HK post to a slow boat, around that time...things went from bad to worse!
They are routed thru Hong Kong ground...to a slow boat...non 'splody 'splody items can go airmail, flown over the pacific to CA in a day...the slow boat takes approx 14 days
My shipment is now moving
The above due to a "battery" got slow boated...

No worries...
packages ARE now showing movement...well until Oct 1-7 when they will be having a national holiday...China has had a string of "OH CRAPS!!!" happen over the last month...two national holidays and the LARGEST typhoon recorded this year...with all the hub bub over there...they deserve a bit of a break
Batteries..expect 2 weeks longer than non battery shipping...NORMAL expected times [without holidays or typhoons] has been around 2 weeks...so battery packages...expect a month, packages that don't have batteries 2ish weeks, all part of the game of skipping the "reseller" markups (vast majority of e-cig related products are produced and shipped from China)
RECOMMENDATION: when ordering stuff...make sure you order all NON-battery related stuff, then order your batteries in a separate transaction (which means separate package)
After the rules changed..FT will no longer even attempt to send packages with batteries to the airmail center...they IMMEDIATELY send em HK post to the slow boat, there is ALOT of stuff awaiting x-ray so the stuff ordered before the change is probably sitting in a HUGE pile somewhere and being scanned ONE AT A TIME...so anything ordered before the change..expect a week or two of just sitting...waiting to get kicked back and re-routed
