Wow I was going to return the I-atty that didn't thread into my mod and asked for a nemesis, IGO-W and a drip tip, first I paid the difference ($21) and yesterday I sent it back to them, today I got a email from FT with my tracking number and a photo of the package!!! I thought they had to receive my package first... great customer service there!!!! Just send them the package foto as they do and next day my order is shipped
mine cleared san fran on the 24th, no batteries just a did an ego adapter ring and a beauty ring... hasn't updated in 2 days as of yet, but if it's anything like my last order it will be at my house tomorrow, and about 8:30 in the evening it will update through atlanta my local PO and delivered lol.
Sept. 3 FT order, after sitting in Hong Kong until the 21st, arrived yesterday. This was my first order with FT, so I inspected everything carefully. All the juices arrived as ordered. There were about a dozen. The plastic bottles with the hollow metal tubes are all ok. The Kanger Protank IIs arrived as ordered.
So far, so good. Then came the three clone eGo Twists (1100mAh) with their nice prices and copyright-infringing logos. Two of the three are just fine. The third... well... I can use it with my Protank II minis, with the ego threads. The interior 510 threading is messed up. With great effort, and some creative, patient legerdemain, I can get it onto an ego charger. When I finally got a Protank II to sit on it, it wobbled a bit, and mostly looked like the leaning tower of Pisa.
Don't think I'll try to return it...the joys of the first month of doing business with FT make me think it's just not worth my time and trouble.

I hope you dont have to wait too long. Seems like they are trying to fix newer orders and they are getting out quicker. I dont understand what the hold up is for the early September orders
I recently (precisely one week ago) placed my first FT order. just a small order of accessories, no batteries or mods or anything of the like. Today, around noon, I received the email stating that the first shipment has been sent. They've split my order, the second shipment only includes my purple BCC tank, which has not yet been shipped 
. Just wondering if this is common practice for the site, or would this likely be due to the current chaos that's going on with these guys at the moment??

So you got a bunch of juice and some good Kanger pro tanks for rock bottom prices then you got two working egoes and a spare wonky one for about the same price as the price of one here in the states?

HK Post started enforcing a lot of old regulations that caused a huge back up, a very strong storm hit the mainland, and Fasttech was supper backed before any of this began.

Chances are they are out of stock on the BCC and they didn't want to hold up your order so they sent the rest on ahead.
Sigh...sigh...the delays have been explained about 784 times...It isn't FT. FT is getting our stuff out as it always has been, with due consideration to national holidays and typhoons.
There is nothing FT can do about the Hong Kong outgoing Customs checks, which affect everything going through the HK hub, although it seems that HK has been checking things faster recently.

Black with the 30, ordered on the 9th of September.
I ordered the black with the 16 the next day. It just left San Fran this morning so it should be here tomorrow or Saturday (should is the key word). I saw on the FT site some people ordering the MVP with the 30 are getting version 1 but all with the 16 are getting version 2. I'll chime in when I get mine.
In the meantime, I'd open a ticket if I were your. The site said version 2. But then again, if you were set to order a v1 and thought v2 would just be a bonus maybe not, after all, I have seen a few negative reviews of v2 from people that liked v1.
After the first time I held and tested the MVP I liked it but that view is what kept me from getting one. I thought a bit more than double the price was more than I wanted to pay at that time for more battery and a nice box form factor. After a while of looking at it on FT for so much less than other places I was tempted but held off. Now with it being V2 which has an ohm reader and digital battery reading I had to go for it.
So my order finally arrived from fasttech after 20 days and guess what? The battery is broken! The gold connector in the center inside battery head of the is loose and coming up out of it's place! This is the only thing I ordered so I stressed and waited 20 days and threw $15 out the window for a broken battery!
However, I really need to test an alternative battery compared to the other one I have now. If that connector is only coming up by a little bit, would it be safe to simply test a few puffs on it, or would it explode in my face?

If it is what I'm thinking I would guess it is usable. I'm having trouble visualizing what you are describing. Can you post a close up pic?
