VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE REF PAYPAL: FastTech Forums

Is this true? PayPal will not back you up in case of lost or undelivered E-cig related products? Anybody have real life experience on this issue?

BTW...I see the mailman outside. My SVD is suppose to be delivered today. I need to go check!

Only for US, Canada and Brazil it seems. PayPal doesn't have an issue with eCigs in Europe.

I think I had the same issue with a normal ego. I just twisted the silver head slightly to the opposite side to where the button was stuck and it popped straight out, the ego still works fine I think (not used it since I got the twist). Might be worth a try if you want to avoid the grief of sending it back, if not FT are pretty good on returns.

I had one that did that also. (650 clone bought from a USA vendor) I would just give the button a flick with my fingernail to get it unstuck. After a while it stopped doing it.

Hey guys......got some stuff today (pics later if I have time). Do you ladies and gents wash out the plastic refill bottles before using, or are they good to go?

I got my brass chi you clone today and it is as good, if not better than, the SS version! Everything is easily interchangeable between the two. My Ithaka will likely be here tomorrow. I can't believe the quality of equipment that I have for the price in comparison to what some pay!! Go team clone!!

I wash all bottles with warm soapy water. I have no clue how these are stored. Same for US based vendors.. Basically I disinfect everything.

Just a warning not to buy the eGo CTwist from FastTech...lasted two days and then the battery wanted to stay 'On' all the time. I will not use it any longer. I put a ticket in with FT. So it's true that these eGo knockoffs just create problems, and don't save anyone any money.

I'm looking for a good 'Mechanical' Mod to use with 18350/18650 batteries. Anybody got good things to say about the Pisces, Bagua, or Chi-You? I don't want to have to 'mod' it to make it work right. So if any of these are good-to-go just as they are, I'd appreciate knowing about it.

I know it is not on your list but the K100 I got from fasttech fits the bill. I did not have to mod a thing and it has been solid and reliable as day after night for nearly 6 weeks now.

Aww Nuts.

I received my MVP today... just one problem, they sent me a version 1 despite stating "Note: Starting 8/30/2013, we are shipping the version 2"

Kinda disappointing, hopefully they can replace it for me.

Black with the 30, ordered on the 9th of September. :)

I ordered the black with the 16 the next day. It just left San Fran this morning so it should be here tomorrow or Saturday (should is the key word). I saw on the FT site some people ordering the MVP with the 30 are getting version 1 but all with the 16 are getting version 2. I'll chime in when I get mine.

In the meantime, I'd open a ticket if I were your. The site said version 2. But then again, if you were set to order a v1 and thought v2 would just be a bonus maybe not, after all, I have seen a few negative reviews of v2 from people that liked v1.

V 2.0. Sitting next to me now. Pardon me while I try another setting....

Just thought I'd share my recent experience with fast tech.

My very first order from fast tech was on sept 9th for 4 panasonic ncr18650, 1 kanger protank, 1 x9 protank, 1 igo-l. My package was in my mail by the 18th of september.

2nd order placed on sept 17th for oddy rebuildable (ss version), and chi you clone. The oddy looked like it might take a while to re stock so I cancelled the order for just that item and received store credit. The chi you has been shipped out once they restocked (a few days ago) and it is now sitting at hong kong post in "phase 2." It should be in San Fran by tomorrow or wed.

3rd was order placed minutes after placing the first order. I decided to separate these items because these items were in stock. I bought some ear phones and a cigarette case (for analogs.) Package arrived on sept 28th.

4th order was placed on sept 24th and is now sitting in san fran. It should get to me in 2 or 3 days. This order was just a bunch of cheap iphone cases I'm looking to sell.

my 5th order was placed today. This order contained an itaste SVD, ego/evod kit 650mah, 30ml bottles, dbox puritank, and an EA mech mod. This is the order I'm looking most forward to :D

Also, has anyone tried chinabuye? Their prices on kanger products seem cheaper by a buck.

Hey ...this is interesting? I placed an order on the 23rd for three sets of two 14500 batteries. The two set comes with a plastic case. I ordered this to "test the water" (pun intended) :). and look....

I ordered a bagua 14500 clone and an ecig case on the 11th. It shipped on the 23rd. It departed Kearny NJ today. It took a bit to get here. I guess thats typical of shipping anything China, and likely they sent it by boat. It took six days to hit the USA (29th).

Seems like a good company. I could be wrong. This was my first order with them

FT have a six month warranty at least. It's always worth checking any purchase from wherever to see if it is functional on arrival (maybe not cheap clearos though)

Thanks again. Sure enough, both of my eGo Minis are DOA. I just opened a ticket with FastTech. They have identical failures. Neither takes a charge. Neither will provide any power or light-up when you press the button. All of the e-cig chargers and wall adapters work fine with other eGo batteries.

Mine was accepted 1 hour before yours and i'm still at "Origin Post preparing shipment". :(

If it was by boat it would take a couple weeks and wouldn't be to NJ. It will take a day or two to get to "Acceptance", another two or three days to get out of HK and another 2 or 4 once it's cleared from SF to arrive at its destination. Of course that's when everythings running smoothly. Some get out of hk in a hurry, some take there time. This month it's a crapshoot.

I have yet to have one fly into NJ.

someone said FT is now selling gun parts...........?
dangerous and possibly illegal in the states. might contribute to higher scrutiny of our packages....

Someone said? Highly doubtful it's true. Guns, parts and ammunition can't be imported from China to the USA anymore since Clinton and there's not much of a market in the rest of the "free world" for similar reasons. Illegal to import.

They sell plastic toy guns and air soft parts (basically toys). Maybe that started the rumor?
