The RY4 is worth risking $4.20 on for a 30ml sampler, I was vaping it tonight and my partner asked me if I could smell burnt sugar, it was the caramely tones of the RY4, of course you might hate it and you know your own tastes best.

This juice is actually my favorite to date, and not limited to FT offerings. I can't believe how good it is. The 12mg tastes a little different than the 24, but both are great. I am now using the 12mg in my Ithaka/Chi (brass) combo and I can't put it down. I've always been the guy to rotate flavors often, never finding one worthy of ADV status, until now.

Seriously, I'm hooked on it. If you hit it just right.......it has just the right amount of butter flavor! LOL I just ordered 3 more 30mL bottles.

Lol, buy 5 and they are $3.77 for 30ml. That's $0.12 a ml, I will be buying a load.

My issue isn't with the time it takes to arrive. If it took two months, providing I was confident my order would arrive I wouldn't be bothered.

My issue is with cs. I noticed it was returned to sender almost 2 weeks ago, they never notified me, and are still yet to refund me. Is this normal for ft? I noticed I'm not the only one in their forum. Also not the only one who had their last order sent straight back to ft.

As far as I've read on the FT forums and from what the mods there (Jasmine and Geek) have answered, part of the problem is how HK or SG deal with returns, physically.

Apparently, when the package is physically scanned at one place and HK or SG decides the package is not allowed to be sent, they send it to another facility. They put the tracking number on a list of other return-to-sender packages, and eventually give the list to FT, but they do not necessarily send the packages physically back, or let FT come and get them. FT policy is to wait until they actually have received the package physically before they can refund or resend.

Just to update my situation, I know a lot of guys are big fans of ft, but this recent post office situation has cost them a lot of money and even more custom.

I was one of the lucky ones to have my package lost in the 5th step black hole. It was returned to sender... I've had to open a paypal dispute because I'm getting the run around. They won't refund, they just keep making excuses to hold onto my money. I completely lost my wig at on of the cs ticketing staff after I made every reasonable effort to be patient and understanding..

To add insult to injury I placed another order before finding out this was returned to ft and this one is untraceable in sgp, apparently they've been immediately returned from the post back to ft. And they aren't giving us much of a clue as to what's going on. Please wait etc. you know the drill.

I'm gutted there was a lot of products I wanted to try from them, this was my first experience with them and has left me with a very bitter taste. I'd reccomend not ordering from them right now.. They're getting into very hot water, refusing to sort out this backlog like professionals they're just allowing people to keep ordering and lying about the situation. They're going to go under at this rate...

mine is in the black hole of HK hell with yours,,,,,,

however, my understanding is that they will be refunding all orders returned to them and anything lost for 8 weeks or more,,,,

if yours truly has been returned to them, and they can verify that, you should get a refund,,,

however, with the recent holiday and the typhoon, and this huge mess, I'm sure they are backed up to this side of heaven.

I do feel your pain,,,,,,,,,mine has been missing since the 6th of September.

Thanks for the info, I thought it went directly back to FT. I bet that is why they still don't have what was returned on 10/4/13. I really wanted my MVP by the 19th for my trip. I'll get by on my egos. I hope it all gets straightened out soon.

I look at Photos of the Devastation from Storms and flooding in China.
I see people that refuse to give up in the face of disaster.
People that must struggle to fulfill their immediate needs and somehow attempt to fulfill our desires at the same time.

Here I see inpatients and intolerance.
No doubt they are in Damage control mode and perhaps not so good at it. However, with current conditions there may be little more they can do.

Reach out........Help a neighbor/Friend/Family member..........it may make you feel better.........I'm pretty sure that would be a good thing.:)

ETA - I also see a lot of good people Here doing their best to assist others and keep the peace.

Much appreciated.

You make a good point, but my problem has nothing to do with the effects of the storm. The problem is their inability to follow the principles of FIFO, or First In, First Out. There are orders that reached HKP on September 6th that are still sitting in "Acceptance" while orders placed on October 6th are being delivered. That is not acceptable. Also, there's about a three week lag time between Sept 6th and storm.

So what, if anything is Fasttechs Fault in that statement? HKP is CHINA CUSTOMS, not fasttech shipping and handling. I work in Shipping and am immensely familiar with the concept of FIFO. Also had my own retail for 25yrs and understand the ins and outs of shipping/loss/recovery.

I'm pretty sure refund if over 8 weeks is an action and unless FT refuses to comply After Nov. 6(ish) they are in compliance with policy.
After that point, you may have a valid argument.

Don't get me wrong, I hope everyone's stuff either gets out or Back to FT so things can be finalized. It is the continual expectation of sudden policy change and or that FT can override outside forces at work that is getting a bit old.

Best place to Vent would be on the FT forums. at least there people directly connected to FT would get some indication of dissatisfaction. May even get some Better Answers to concerns.

Kanger Protank knockoffs - Anybody tried them from FT?
I have two reasons for asking:
1 - I'm curious if the replacement heads are any good. One of Kanger's high points is there quality fit, very tight.
2 - One of the Protanks low points is the tips can't be replaced. Several of the knockoffs have tips that can be swapped.

Example - http://www.fasttech.com/products/1411/10005287/1437021-mini-protank-e-cigarette-atomizer-1-5ml

I'm only interested in the glass ones though, dont want to bother with plastic ones in case you're wondering. Thanks!

PTII clone is a exact copy of the Protank2
I Use the no name Evod wicks all the time-short pipe(prefer the tighter draw)
ProtankII-mini clone is also a very nice tank with removable tip. However it does not come completely apart.

I never said it was FT's fault. Anything that happens after the package leaves FT's hands is not the fault of FT. However, it is FT's problem.
The only thing I fault FT with, at this point, is their lack of response and what appears to be inaction on their part. Now, they may be busting their humps, hitting the phones, picketing the post office and writing several strongly worded letters, but when a ticket is not replied to for the better part of a week, that's a problem. It doesn't help that when they finally do respond, the response is the same canned response that has been copied and pasted over and over on these and other forums. I want to know what they are doing to locate my package. HKP says they returned it to sender. FT says... silence. Do they have it? Are they expecting it? Is it sitting in receiving? Is it in a HKP warehouse? There is a problem when I've learned more about my package from a bunch of strangers here than I have the people who actually prepared and shipped the package!

While you work in shipping and receiving, I work in customer service. Their response, or lack thereof, is unacceptable. Even if they don't know the answer, respond with "I don't know". While that answer sucks, it's better than " ".

I agree 100%. It may not be FastTech's fault, but they own the problem. If I don't receive the products I ordered and paid for, I expect FastTech to resolve the matter. They choose the pipeline to send their products. If there are holes in the pipeline they need to fix it. Blaming the problem on others is not taking ownership. Discontinuing the use of Singapore Post shows that FastTech really understands that they need to step-up and address the process.

I understand that I have the option to order from American vendors and often do just that.
