nah, there's a couple people worse off,,,,,,,

but I am starting to get irritated with HK Post, I can tell you that,,,,,,,,they promised to have the backlog taken care of by now.

I have been reasonably patient (typhoon and a major holiday and the govt cracking down on battery shipments),,,,,,,but it's starting to get ridiculous.

You've been a saint!

Only place it shows up is quantum whatever and that's only up to the point where it was dropped off at the post office, nothing showing up for anything else (17track,USPS,sp post, a few other tracking sites)

I'm in the same boat. One shipped the 4th and one the 5th.

It's been 3 1/2 weeks since I placed my order. After finally leaving Singapore it has now been stuck on "International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada" status for the last 8 days with Canada Post. No further activity. Has anyone else had it take this long to reach their country after the item was shipped? I think they must have sent it by mule. If it was in customs it would say so, so I don't know what's going on. I created a ticket with FT.

Based on recent experiences; my packages have gone from "left originating country" to postal sorting facility status after vanishing into an abyss for a week or so. I haven't seen the undergoing customs inspection status info appear with a shipment's tracking info since last summer. Takes less time to travel thousands of miles than it does to pass through the hands of the CBSA sleuths.

I'll NEVER complain about FT shipping or CS again.
I wanted an iTazte v3 in chameleon. FT doesn't carry that color. I ordered from a US vendor w/ a presence on ECF. Battery was DOA
It would take me days and days and days to relate all I have been through trying to get them to replace it. It has been absolutely abusive.
Just my 2 cents.
and I do have 2 orders (again) sitting in HK for over a week now. I am just keeping quiet and being patient. I was one who had a package in the Sept. 6 chaos and it finally came through (I surely hope CommaHolly gets hers soon as she was my waiting buddy) so I think these 2 will show up, as well.
I paid $53 to get the color I wanted from the US vendor. It was for the kit w/ 5 iclear 16, battery, charger and wall wart. The battery and charger are less than $25. at FT.
hard lesson learned.
Just because the vendor is US and has a presence on ECF is no surety that you won't have problems.
I hear ya on that! I've had some pretty bad experiences myself from some state side vendors. The one I had the most trouble with has a presence on ECF. I can't believe the arrogance that some people acquire with a little success!? The thing that got me the most is how they tried to convince me they had no fault in their obvious screw up. I had been a loyal customer until then. The bright side? If it hadn't been for them showing me their total lack of customer care, and business ability, I may never have found FT. Chances are they won't be as 'successful' in the near future either. As for me, I will never do business with that company again. I will also dissuade any one I can from doing the same in hopes that they don't get jerked the way I did.

FT, on the other hand, at least has tried I think. I stated before that I think they are just going through some 'growing pains'. Once they figure out the ropes, they should be stronger, and better for it. At least I hope so. I, for one, want to continue to do business with them. No where else have I found such variety or prices. My experience with CS has been good so far too. At least they don't act like D!#@s

The tracking number link says not found? They did email me a photo of what appears to be my package so thats good i guess, whats BS is they changed my order to *1 sony 18650 instead of the 2 i ordered and paid for??

Your tracking number will start working on HK post or USPS system in between 3 or 5 days. (it usually takes 3 days with all the carriers for me)
After that it may take from 1 week to 1 month or maybe your package won't be sent at all because it has batteries in it(AFAIK this has been almost resolved by now, but it's a possibility)

With the weekend your tracking number will probably work on monday or tuesday.

I believe that we ordered on just about the same day as we were exchanging post on it. While it may be taking a long time for your state side vendor to correct a mistake, FasTech has yet to even ship mine. When you have to do a return with FT it takes around a month to get the correct item, if your lucky.

But again, it is what it is. I have been ordering from FT for years for other stuff and have been in the loop since they started with E-cigs and few know them any better than I and yet, I rolled the dice again. It is what it is.

Got some of the T3S knockoffs in today. I probably wouldn't buy them again. They do okay on an ego, but most of them bottom out before making contact on my MVP. I'm thinking about trying to file the bottom of them so they'll thread down a little further. Also had one that leaks... o-ring doesn't sit high enough to seal well on the top side.

I saw the Ohm Meter :)
Of course, I have spent every dime of my vape budget :(
Hopefully if they sell out they will have more back in in two weeks time.
I have a multimeter and it works great but my manual dexterity is pretty much shot.
I have mods that I can test ohms on but don't want to bother with unscrewing the carto/tank/RBA I'm using.
Plus, well...I want one, lol

Yeah, they are pretty handy, you'll appreciate having one. I like to use them as a base when I rebuild, and can easily check the resistance right away. They also show to the hundredth instead of the tenth like most mods, which is small but nice.

If you shipped anything via Singapore Post recently:

We are sorry about the wait.

SGP had rejected almost all of our packages shipped from 29 Sep to 7 Oct without notifying us. This was caused due to current strict inspection of the aviation security. We've selected the battery packages out and have the rest packages sent to them immediately after the return. These packages have been resent on 8 Oct as soon as we received the packages.

All SGP packages are now subject to x-ray screening, the tracking information will get delayed by 5 to 8 days (as we're told) as they queue up for the new mandatory x-ray scans. If the tracking information still cannot get updated within this week, we will request them to return all of the packages and contact you to confirm if you would like us to resend the package via HKP or get a refund for your package.

We appreciate your understanding in this case.

I have a couple of packages stuck in this, shipped on 4th and 5th Oct.
The Quantinum tracker website shows both packages as PHYSICAL ITEM RECD on 11th Oct
The SG website updated to Despatched to overseas (Country code: GB) on 18th Oct.

The delay between shipping dates and Quantinum PHYSICAL ITEM RECD does match what FT stated about packages being returned and sent back.
The week at SG post from item received to Despatched again matches the statement about x-ray scanning process delays.

The last package from SG took about a week to be delivered following Despatched status, so in all I'm looking at a 3 week wait time from shipping. Hardly major delays, so 3 weeks from China at those prices is ok for me.

Credit to FT for posting an explanatory statement on their website and it's not a major deal like the early Sept troubles which again were out of their hands. No I'm not linked to FT, just a satisfied customer:)

I'm literally exactly the same as you, one on the 4th, one on the 5th. Both show received (from the re-ship) on the 11th on Quantium only.

Last I checked they still hadn't moved: http://www.17track.net/en/result/post.shtml?nums=RQ217397048SG,RQ217383980SG

(tracking showing server busy at the moment)

The tracking status's are out of sync, FT have posted about this on their forum.
Quantinum only shows Received and the SG Post link from FT just says item Despatched.

The SG Post link is working at the moment if you can try it, hopefully yours will be in despatched status too :thumb:
SG Post's tracking server is always having problems so being out of synch with Quantinum is no suprise

My last order was split due to size. 1st part showed up last week, 2nd sat in HK for five days and today it is out for delivery. Completely bypassed SFO. So far all of my orders have been in the 80-100 dollar range. I usually add 1 set of rechargeable batteries and a couple bottles of juice. Everything has made it through. Longest order ref shipping was the early Sep one. I really haven't had any major problems. I am beginning to wonder if bombarding them with tons of small orders may be part of the problem that most are having.

See, I had to post it here for it to finally update. It's like going to the bathroom when you want your food to come at a restaurant.

Well, I'm not too happy right now. Waited a long time for this to arrive. I was excited to give it to my wife, as sort of a graduating to the next level of vaping present:

$25.14 Vamo V2 Variable Voltage Mod / E-Cigarette Battery Compartment - purple / VV / VW / aluminium alloy at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

It's completely DOA, will not turn on. I've tried everything. I've also already messed up the top cap trying to remove it to get to the circuit board (wanted to see if I could visually see anything wrong, loose wires, etc.)

I opened a ticket with FT, not sure what they're going to do since I scratched it up already. ....

Sorry to hear that. They work great on my egos and have yet to have any issues. I'll keep a mental note of the mvp issue if and when I ever buy one.
