the clones are just as good for 1/2 the price anyway and yes I have plenty of Kangers to compare against. One of FT's higher rated clone mech mods is the V3 MOD. It's solid brass and well built. I have one and use it with a Igo-L. Excellent combination.
No. Not true. Even Kanger says that ALL Kanger products on Fasttech are fakes. None are real Kangers.
Will fasttech email you regarding a refund? Or do you have to contact them?
Sorry, you're just wrong. I have two that came in full retail packaging, one boxed with beauty ring, one in a blister pack. They are genuine.
So Shenzhen Kanger Technology Co, Ltd. (aka Kanger), one of the largest e-cig manufacturers in the world, goes on record stating that Fasttech sells fake Kanger product. Fasttech, a retailer, takes no action to correct Kanger's statement, and that statement is on Kanger's website to this day (two months later). Kanger's products are regularly sold for less than suggested retail prices.
Fasttech just allows Kanger to slander their reputation? Accuse them of wrongdoing? And continues to buy large volumes of Kanger products to resell for very small margins?
Something doesn't add up

Personally I don't believe that. FT may not get stuff directly from Kanger, but they can easily get it from one of Kanger's many resellers.
Well I found out yesterday that one of my clear t3s's accepts evod heads. The other 2 (Blk/Clr) won't accept them. It appears that they have a ring about 1/4" of the way down on the clearo itself preventing the use of the wider based evod heads. Why one clear t3s (Ordered one month apart) is different than the other is beyond me, not surprised though.
I don't know if the Kangers are real or not but I ordered a Pro Tank a couple of months ago. Came in full retail package with beauty ring, Kanger laser markings and all. Leaked like crazy. Filled it up and overnight it dumped a full load of juice. Entered ticket, shipped to Miami and six weeks later had a new one. Now a different problem. When you screw the atomizer (coil) into the base the center pin shorts to the body. It appears that the threads in the base are cut at a slight angle and when screwed all the way in the center post makes contact with the base body and shorts it out. If you unscrew the coil about 1/8 turn then it is usuable. Is it real or fake I don't know but if it is genuine Kanger then I need to buy a knockoff. I saw bases for sale somewhere for a couple of dollars. Going to have to find them.
If you get the newer type of base please be aware that Evods heads don't work with them.

It sounds like some that didn't meet QA were sold off anyway. This would actually support the subthread above about FT selling fake or genuine name-brand parts. The parts could be genuine, but didn't make the QA cut and sold to FT rather than discarded.
People complain about genuine Evods and Protanks purchased in the US all the time and no one puts a tinfoil hat on. All my FT Kanger Protanks and coils have been fine along with most of the other posters here and on the FT forums. If they bought failed goods to sell at a premium it would be an uproar both here and on FT.
The chap got a dud, it happens, the replacement worked.
