Ordered last night @ 9pm cst, shipped at Noon today. 
I don't remember the last time I placed an order that didn't have at least one item w/ a 3+ day ship date. Pretty sure their time to beat is 8 days, lets see if they can do it.

ut1205...Tracking has been very incorrect and almost non existent from USPS and HK Post....it possibly could have been rejected at SF customs and returned to HK and then repackaged and reshipped again, but very unlikely since reshipped orders are required to get a new tracking number...U should get your order in the next 3-7 days now in the US, and possibly with no tracking until its in your mailbox....

10/27 7:44 AM HK = 10/26 4:44 PM SF time
I assume that SF time is quoted as local so if it cleared HK on 10/26 SF time then it could be in SF USA on 10/27.
But which SF was it in on 10/5.

I wouldn't worry about 10/5.... Looks like a glitch.

I have a hunch that glitches like these are caused by hand-held scanners that are temporarily not communicating to the server. Data gets stored on the device, but doesn't get transmitted until the connection to the network is resolved. It may be something as simple as the scanner needed to be charged. Once it syncs to the server all data on the device gets uploaded.

Holy Moly! Took what a full 8 hours to read? I tried once and got to page 21 or so.
"One of the many problems with automation. No human has seen the address.
What probably occurred is that an automated scanner read the zip code wrong and sent the package south.
When that happens a bar code is placed on the package and the automated equipment will send to a wrong delivery point. Not until the letter carrier gets this package will the mistake be noticed. Hopefully he/she will cross out the incorrect bar code before placing package back into the mail stream. "

I know that I spent $9.57 on FT and they say that you have to spend $15+ to get a tracking number, but this doesn't mean they get to just keep my money, my order was shipped Sept. 16th and still have not received it, the picture of my package on their site is spot on with my address. This is concerning me a bit.
I had that happen just last week with a US suppiler. Tracking said it was "Out for Delivery", but in the wrong town on 10/19. Then it went through sort center processing and I got it 10/22. Contacted the vender and he verified my address was correct, and when I got, it my address was correct, USPS just sent it to the wrong town the first time, and the delivery driver just sent it back to the sort center. Mistakes happen, part of life.

Did you put in a ticket? Their CS has always been helpful to me. Your package may have hit the Postal overkill they had in Sept.

Ditto on that one. Mine went to the wrong city, and was returned to the sorting center also. Couldn't really call it late, even, as I was not expecting the vendor to give me one day shipping. Ordered on Thursday, shipped Friday, delivered to me on Monday (instead of Saturday).
BTW; Still waiting on my FT order from the 14th of Oct. No batteries or juice.

Waiting here too...order was placed on Oct 9th and shipped the 11th. Tracking says its been sitting in Hong Kong since the 15th. No juice and no batteries, just a mod and an atomizer. I haven't ordered anything from FT in awhile. I didn't realize that all these shipping woes were happening. The last time I ordered from them, I think my package arrived in a week. I did. And after a bit of work I have to say I am QUITE happy. I will say that there was no air hole threw the center to get air to the coils. But a tiny drill bit later it's great.
the $15 spending requirement is because orders that small are not sent by registered air mail like HK Post or Singapore Post, and its sent "regular" air mail that doesn't track packages and has a 30 business day estimate..
the pic is proof that it was filled and given to a shipper, as U can see on the pic..
