I've got a few fasttech orders in limbo as well, 10/11, 10/14, and most recently 10/23 and a 10/27... I know the 10/11 was returned to fasttech with the MVP2, but I am waiting them out as well, Pat. I knew there were shipping issues and I ordered anyway. It'll get squared away or I'll request a refund. I've never had a problem with them before, items broken in shipment were promptly credited, gift certificates given and reused for cancelled items, 2-3 day response time, but different time zones and a waiting hoard complaining about shipping times make the delay bearable.
I just hope that they can recover from this shipping mess, the internal strive, and all of the customers get their packages shipped and returns credited properly.
