I split all my items in separate orders so i don't have to wait for everything to be in stock for my order to ship. I have 4 orders this week, 1 shipped, 1 ready to ship, 2 is still waiting to be in stock. Hope sgpost is just as fast as usps

Also My latest sony battery order was returned and i got my refund. Don't order batteries ft told me sgpost will reject them. I also had a ego order that was returned to FT months ago, but my 2nd attempt ordering them did deliver.

Whaaat? Just clearomizers...no batts or juice or are we missing something?

I strongly suspect Fasttech got caught gaming the system trying to sneak stuff through they should not one too many times and HK post is pretty much returning everything now. That would explain why they have made the switch to Singapore post even for US orders.

Pure speculation on my part of course but it seems logical.

Well we shall see. My order (shipped 11/13/13) just showed in acceptance 11/18/13 - 5 days to reach acceptance. I believe this was one of the Last to Ship HKP.
I have one more small order that showed ready to ship yesterday & is still not Packaged.

yes, well, I keep telling them they said that, and they keep telling me to wait. sigh.

I contacted my CC who told me chargebacks are for fraud,,,,,,not mailing problems. sigh./

Hmmmm.. did you tell them its been 6 months? I have never had an issue requesting a "refund" based on that. once it took a while because the after I filed the first claim the company recharged it. This happened a couple times until the company finally sent the info. Then they got a handwritten letter..no idea if did any good but made me feel better.

Ohmy goodness, my 3 clearomizers are being returned! Order placed 2 weeks ago hk post sucks.

It is not HK Post that sucks. The blame lies squarely on the shoulders of FasTech. They screwed around with the system so much that the system has told them to go screw themselves. Same with Swiss Post as they are now X-raying and delaying all Fastech packages as well because Fastech was trying to screw the system and get banned items by them.

Be mad, be righteously mad. But, be mad at the right people. Fastech has screwed themselves and in return you the consumer.

Whaaat? Just clearomizers...no batts or juice or are we missing something?

Just the fact that Fastech has NO business scruples what so ever and have screwed themselves and us.

I have two orders that went out the last day before they changed from HK post.

They both went into acceptance on the 16th. Interestingly enough, 1 of them just went to 'processed through sort facility' this morning. Actually, 5:09PM HK time on the 18th. The other one still shows acceptance.

Neither has anything very important to me, nor batteries or liquid. Just some drip tips, some clearo heads and some clearos split into two orders. Based on previous experience, if the one that just moved to acceptance comes in its normal time from processing thru sort facility HK, I would recieve that one in record time. I ordered it on the 11th and it shipped on the 14th of November.(Typically it is 3 or 4 days from the point of processing thru sort facility to my door. So I could potentially get that package 7 or 8 days from when FT says it shipped?) lol.

I am curious about the one still in acceptance though. Not worried. It has only been there 2 days, does not contain any contraband, and even if it gets returned, no big deal.

It shipped 6th Sept, not 9th June so that's about 10 weeks. It still should have been refunded by now though according to their own statements.

FAA Testing Examines Bulk Shipment of Lithium Batteries | Aviation International News

Your Questions Answered: What Do I Need to Ship Batteries By Air? | Air Sea Containers Compliance Blog

Yep, Fasttech is being careless. Customs and Government are also Over Complicating the situation.

Everything I can find indicates Installed Batteries can short/overheat and catch fire(i.e. defective device)
Found one reference to a Pallet of Batteries that burst into flames.............After being dropped from a FORK LIFT - Listed as a cargo hold incident? BS, plane had landed and was being unloaded. Pallet had exited the plane.
Ethiopian Air - Battery powered Beacon blamed in fire(Again - installed battery)

Testing is still ongoing and regulations have been, once again, written in spite of rather than due to evidence of a genuine <Stored battery issue>.

Proper procedures should be followed, Wrapping/Separating/labeling. Airline should have the containers(fitted for aircraft) for packages to be placed inside for transport.
Looks more like everyone prefers to take the easy way out.

Then again, I only purchase Batteries in country. They can come slow boat for all I care.

Nice to see FT adding other cig alike options to their selection. I haven't pulled the trigger because of the ban here, one thing is passing a tube as a "flashlight component" and other one is trying to lie my way around a cig alike :p

For the ones that requested a pic of wick & coil on my KF, it will have to be next week. Customs in all their wisdom decided to seize my package, long story short it's lost, i lost a hundred. Life goes on, etc, etc :p

Now i'll wait for FT to have the tobeco KFL and the hammer
