Put your tracking number i. 17track. My order a day before is on its way already. That was nov 12, this order was accepted nov 13 and nothing has happend no updates, went to 17track and it says null being returnd.

All I use is 17Track with an occasional trip to HKP Tracking afterward.

Also, FT must be running additional shifts.
My last order - (Ready to ship) 9:00a.m. this morning is now Packaged and GUESS WHAT!!!?

Nice to see FT adding other cig alike options to their selection. I haven't pulled the trigger because of the ban here, one thing is passing a tube as a "flashlight component" and other one is trying to lie my way around a cig alike

They may well still allow the package. Might be holding out for Duty fees or trying to figure out what type of Bomb making device it might be.

I strongly suspect fasttech got caught gaming the system trying to sneak stuff through they should not one too many times and HK post is pretty much returning everything now. That would explain why they have made the switch to Singapore post even for US orders.

Pure speculation on my part of course but it seems logical.

I believe they posted the notice of stopping shipping via HKP the 13th... but I ordered the 14th, shipped 15th and hit "Acceptance" the 18th. All through Hong Kong Post. So their switch didn't last long...

The cap is loose. I don't mean AGA-G loose. It's so loose it will fall off if hold upside down and wiggle. All my o rings from HF SAE kit and tool box are no go. If I can source an o-ring it will fix that issue. The o-ring seats: 0.485" deck body, 0.548" cap ID

The center pin is to short. To repair need approx 2mm x 20mm screw w/ matching washers and nuts. Then hot post can be adjusted to mate mod, and coil hot leg can be isolated from heat sensitive nylon insulator. As is, if coil hot leg is thicker than 30GA the firing pin is recessed inside 510 connector.

Not sure where to find small screws and rare size o-rings locally.

Suppose one could fix it in a day or 2 if persistent.

It shipped 6th Sept, not 9th June so that's about 10 weeks. It still should have been refunded by now though according to their own statements.

Ahh time flies I guess. 10 weeks is not much time as far as that is concerned. Plenty of time though for product to be received or refunds issued.

I already went there today and had a long argument for 3 hours, they don't know what it is but on the suspicion it is an e-cig they decided to not let it pass. I might get lucky and get it on one of the auctions they do through the year but i won't get my hopes up. I know there is a ban here and things like this are a possibility but after fighting bureaucrats for 3 hours i didn't have anymore strength.

What angers me the most is not that they seized it because it was an ecig, but because they don't know what it is. They checked inTaste website and couldn't decide what it was. ( i declared it as a personal tobacco pipe )

Now i'll try my luck with ebay and normal post, i'll just leave this 2 links here

Ordered another Vamo V3 that shipped 11/6 on HKP. Out for delivery today 12 days later.

Got my Vamo delivered today but it had been opened and inspected by HKP. It's odd that they cut open the envelope but didn't open the sealed box the Vamo was in. Why open the envelope but not inspect the actual contents of the box?

They just made a huge change on their batt shipping policy so the returns could be a thing of the past.

I can imagine battery sales dropping for them because the alternate shipping method is definitely not inexpensive imo.

What i dont understand is why the customer has to continually take a "wait and see approach". I mean, if you go to track your shipment and it clearly says its being shipped back to the sender via the acceptance department, then either offer to reship it and or offer a refund. My last communication with them, i received "we have to get it back first before we can reship or refund you." In a situation like that, it is between Hong Kong/Chinapost and FT; go deal with your postal service. Do they seriously expect a customer to wait 2 months before they do something?

Anyone know of a FastTech clone???

I got some batteries last month that were in a baggie wrapped in aluminum foil!!! I cant believe it got through because it really looked like a small chunk of drugs.

It is not HK Post that sucks. The blame lies squarely on the shoulders of FasTech. They screwed around with the system so much that the system has told them to go screw themselves. Same with Swiss Post as they are now X-raying and delaying all Fastech packages as well because Fastech was trying to screw the system and get banned items by them.

Be mad, be righteously mad. But, be mad at the right people. Fastech has screwed themselves and in return you the consumer.



Just the fact that Fastech has NO business scruples what so ever and have screwed themselves and us.

And how many people on this very thread have and are still ordering batterys, even after knowing they are banned items. They are just as much at fault as fasttech. And a huge cause of shipping delays. PEOPLE STOP BUYING BATTERYS FROM FASTECH!!!!

I agree Fasttech should have stopped selling them. But that is only half of the problem the other half.........We keep ordering them.

You can't put all of the blame on them. This happened because both sides are greedy. The buyers want to save a buck and the seller wants to make a buck.

Maybe all of us had to learn, and your right there IS fault to all involved. I think now at least things will start settling down. I hope so at least.

Because many times that tracking info is false. There have been many posts here where the poster says that their package says 'returned to sender' and then all of a sudden the package is sitting in San Francisco. I have no idea why that happens, but it does.
