I tried one of my FT EVODs. Filled with coumarin pipe from MVP (50/50), let soak in for about 5 minutes, and vaped. It tasted burnt after the third draw. All my FT EVOD coils are the long ones, and this particular one measured out at 2.5 ohms. Based on this, I may need to replace the coil with a Kanger and try again. I may not be liking these FT EVODs too much.......

:(

I pulled the trigger and ordered $200+ of gear on the 12th. fasttech sent me a photo of the addressed envelope last Monday. Also was a tracking number. Still cant track in US but one of the links on this thread did find the package in Hong Kong for processing.

This is one of those times when you just need to sit back and relax. Having bought quite a bit of stuff off of E-bay from China, some items have taken 30 days to arrive.

Try the kanger heads like you said. I did yesterday and they work fine.

I bought the version of this that has a clear tank ... I didn't get much use out it before the tank cracked and I wasn't using any known tank cracking juices either. That one has a SS tank so obviously this wouldn't be an issue however, you should be aware that it is very small, much more so than it would appear from the pics on the FT site.

Hi all. Have bought of fast tech and vaporbreak before. Vaporbreak is cheaper for me with bigger orders. Got a bunch of vamos there! But i just found another site that sells the blade and the wife wants colors and the blade from cheapezy is to her liking. Anyone tired the blade? Is it ok or just a gimmick. Searching for it on ecf is leading me to this thread so if you have an opinion. chime in! Thanks.

I just saw that Kamry knock off protank. If it's coming today can you let me know how it works? Thanks

D

I will. I'll take a pic as well. I'm also getting in the AnyVape bcc but Fastech doesn't sell those. I'm sure they will though if it takes off.

Trustfire IMR 18350
800mah 3,7v

as far as i know 18350 is not good for sub ohm vaping as they have less amp limit than 18650
and trustfire is ICR not IMR dont use them for sub ohm vaping.
panny cgr18650ch 10A discharge rate is the best battery for mech mods.
if you wan less that 0.6 ohm coil then get MNKE battery which has 20A discharge rate.
2cent safety fuse for short circuit protection, muiti meter to check the resistance and shorts.
these are things that you must have in hand before you try building a sub ohm coil.
safety fuse is must

Just for kicks I put the big tube on mine with 18350's stacked to see what that was like. Turns out it could probably get you busted for carrying a concealed weapon. I'll stick to the short mode :)

That's how I run mine all the time. With three battery tubes you could run stacked 18650's and get some serious run time. And maybe get arrested.

Or...those new ORBTRONICS (a'hem) PD2900 NCR's. Much more whack than the MNKE's. 18a hit 5-6 max discharge seconds. Straight from the sub-ohm god himself's mouth. Bishopheals.

Although, you DO want a fuse. I recommend the short stop. Reusable and durable.
