I've got a a Boolean handicap or something because I'm a complete fail at finding things on this forum...and unless they just don't have what I'm looking for, the same goes for FastTech.
Totally in love with my Ego Twist but leaving it to charge for 4-6 hours while I'm awake just isn't going to happen and I don't have a backup yet. Instead of buying another regular one, I thought I'd use a passthrough when I'm in front of the computer (23.5 hours of the day). . . but don't see one on FastTech's site.
Help a girl out? I find passthrough *cables* but not batteries.

I finally got another response from FT at 4 AM today...this time, just the one sentence. LOL I have no idea what they are talking about? Are they asking what all was in my order? If they are, I just lost even more faith in them...because I filed this ticket under my order number, shouldn't they have that info right at their finger tips? Anyhow, this is what they wrote, copied from email. What are they meaning??
Could you please make your customs declaration list more clearly for us to check with warehouse?

Just list what was on the packing note and what you actually received.
Yeah, I'm not so thrilled with them either, but I guess that's just because I'm not one of the lucky ones. My order (for the Vamo V2 kit with the Nitecore charger and two panasonic batteries) placed early on the 25th, still hadn't shipped yesterday, nor had I heard anything, so I opened up a ticket.
After about 19 hours of silence from FT, I get this stock BS response:
"Sorry for the delay of your order, but we will ship it out as soon as SKU 1359402 restocks on 3rd July. You will receive a notification email with tracking number inside then.
FastTech makes sure all in-stock orders leave our hands in about 1 to 2 business days they are placed. And yours is a rare case.
Thanks for your patience and understanding."

Got the same canned. Answer from Lulu on my order with a Kts too.
but to their credit they have been great on all my other orders.
I will just split up my orders from now on. Exspecially when ordering popular items that might get out of stock before they package my order.
It Sucks. But I'm still happy with fasttech overall.

Mine was missent in the same city I think. It was sent to Anaheim twice.. Nowy upfaye tjis morning said its finally a city or 2 away but at least in my state lol.. Should be here by Monday. . I can say none of this was fasttechs fault and I will order from them again and again so long as the value is there..

Received my evods, washed them seeing several people got that oil taste but i also get the same taste...i'll see if i power through one tank or soak them in alcohol or something. But the quality is amazing and they vape much better than my protank...
Forgot to add, Liqua Cherry and American Blend on the same order, i really like the cherry and the american blend kinda tastes like mb red without the paper burning i'll need more time on these 2 to make a better judgement

Those aren't passthroughs are they? I'm looking for something that will stay charging/connecting when I'm at the laptop.

Those are passthroughs. At the bottom where you current ego just has a silver cap - this one comes off and one end of the usb cable plugs in. The other obviously goes to your computer. It charges or bypasses the battery.
edit - just looked at the pics, the cap doesn't come off but it still plugs in at the same point.
