I’ve tried that but while I can get a rough idea what the flavors will do, it’s not really the same as what they do with nic. I can always taste nic. And I also think flavors develop differently with nic in the mix.

It can be done, if one really must conserve to that extreme, but it’s not ideal, and I’d expect makes it more complicated for a new mixer.
Exactly my experience as well. I always add nic to sft and test mixes.

That's the same scale I have.

I think a lot of us have that scale lol.

First question I asked on ECF 7 years ago was the best mod to get. I was made to feel subhuman if I did not get a Provari. I hated Provari for a long time because of that.
Anyone who didn't own a Provari or a Reo WAS considered sub-human. ;)

To be fair the options were a bit more limited then, have read some interesting posts from the provari wars.
Some of my favorite posts to participate in. Memories........

Some of the links at the end of my blog still work. Why Provari?

Provape-Dead-copy.jpg

But hearing all the talk about how cheap vaping was and then being told I was a ...... for not spending $220 for a Provari was a bit like getting body slammed by a gorilla.

Never bought a provari, I've owned half a dozen vamos though.
That was the point of buying a Provari. "Buy once, cry once" and never regret purchasing a Provari (or a Reo). You only needed one, not multiples of the same mod.

Trouble was, we Provari and Reo owners loved them so much we bought more of the same for the heck of it. I believe I owned four.

My first real mod was a Buzz. I remember those provari folks very well.

To be fair, I recall that the price for a basic satin silver Provari was just $170. Cost went up if you got an optional colored one, or if you got the optional blue or green LED lights instead of the default red. Plus there were factory made extension tubes or end caps to use a different size battery were also options.

It came with a free 1 year warranty (pretty unheard of at the time), an extended warranty of 2 years was a bit more at time of purchase. We always told new Provari owners not to bother with the extended warranty because you'd never use it; they never broke. I think the only person who broke one ran over it with a lawn mower. The owner returned it to Provape and they replaced the metal tube and re-used the chip --- worked good as new.

Not that big actually. A single cubic foot is 28.3 liters. Of course, that doesn't account for the inefficiency of packing round bottles with necks and caps into it, but I bet something between 3 and 5 cubic feet would do.

FWIW, my wife's big freezer up in PA is 25 cubic feet.

Mine is 5 cubic feet, and I have9 liters in it. Could easily hold 3, maybe 4 times that much no matter how it’s packed.

Both could fail (as can pretty much anything). Provari regulator boards have been known to die, and with a REO, at a minimum you'd need a spare hot-spring and firing pin.

I do mech squonkers to this day. They don't have hot-springs in 'em, but I have spare "firing pins" for 'em. I haven't needed them, but I'm glad I have them.

First things first. Stop apologizing. You have no reason to apologize for anything. You're new to vaping. No one expects you to know much about all the options you have. In other words, no question is too basic. Have you used your Private Messaging here on ECF yet? It's the INBOX at the top of your screen to the right.

Thanks. Yes, I have traded a couple of PM's with other members.

The 2.5 hybrid colors with a green or blue LED were 220 originally. I know cause I bought one for my daughter. Always ticked me off that I had to pay state tax on top of shipping.

I was the 'vari queen' for awhile, owned every color except a couple of the rare, limited ones. I sold a lot over the years but still have about 12 or so and still use them and love them.

Pickup a cheap single coil rta (rebuildable tank atomizer) and a rda (rebuildable dripping atomizer). Fasttech is a good source, we can't recommend specific ones without knowing your draw style and what devices you'll be using them on. 26g kanthal is a good wire to learn with and organic cotton pads are cheap. We can help with links.

Links would be great. I haven't settled into a draw style, as sometimes I do MTL and sometimes DL. It's an 'as the moods strikes me' kind of thing. Sometimes I want the tighter MTL draw that more closely replicates pulling on a cigarette, and other times I want to 'lung up', if you will. I have a pair of SMOK Nords, and find that I only DL on those as the coil designed for MTL is too loose of a draw for that, at least to me. I also have a pair of Innokin Kroma-A mods. With these, I got a pair of Zenith tanks, which give me a very satisfying MTL draw. And then I have an iSub B tank, as well. I have a GeekVape Aegis Legend with and Aero tank on the way.

@FAAPOD , you might be interested in these RDA's. They are only 75 cents each and they sometimes give you a free one with the order. It is a simple RDA, many of us like them. I have them for just in case as I don't like building but I can do it if I need to.

You can get all 7 colors of the MINI Royal Hunter for 3.99:

Yes, of course, but that was extremely rare, especially when considering the cheapo stuff that China was making at the time. You got what you paid for when buying a Provari.

Ironic that my primary mod now is a JAC Vapor DNA. :) And yes, I own two. Old habits die hard.
