@FAAPOD , you might be interested in these rda's. They are only 75 cents each and they sometimes give you a free one with the order. It is a simple RDA, many of us like them. I have them for just in case as I don't like building but I can do it if I need to.

Council of Vapor Royal Hunter RDA | 22mm Rebuildable Atomizer (Clearance)

You can get all 7 colors of the MINI Royal Hunter for 3.99:

Thank you @rosesense!

I still have 2-3 of those too.Still, work fine.

We have six (Siegeli Zmax) in the house ... 4 mini's, 2 full size, extra extension tubes to make mini's full size, and beauty rings for 'em all (which also work on Provari slant tops). One lost it's eGo thread adapter around the 510 and one has a wonky display but they all still work. Oh, the days of co-ops.

Back to stocking up ... we picked up 4 more box mods, 2 more tube mods, and 8 atty's in the last month. We thought we were stocked ok for mods and atty's but then ... can you really have enough? Our mod stash comprises Dicodes, JACs, and Provape gear ( P2.5s, Classics, P3s, Radii).

Rebuildable atty's are Kayfuns (original Lites thru the KFL 2019 and most everything in-between), Skylines, and Beserkers ... Plug and Play atty's are Kabuki's, Nauty's, and Zeniths (all 3 sizes). We wanted to cover bases with both rebuildables and drop-ins.

Got liters of Nic in the freezer ... but this area will be reviewed again and most likely if not for sure order more when the weather cools down some.

Besides the Nic, it's probably stock piling Zenith coils that needs doing. Got plenty of Nauty coils (again thanks to the old co-ops).

So overall feeling Ok about the next deadline just ...... that its on the horizon and hoping as many new folks as possible, to vaping, can get on board and find a way to protect their vaping future.

Hope I can still get button top batteries.

Yep that is a concern for the vintage slant top Provari's. Mine are basically in mothballs. But looking at your picture, most of yours are the flat tops and they take either flat or button top batts so you shouldn't be too bad off. I recently purchase some 'new' eFest button tops for my old stash of P2.5s. But they just seem to be crap batteries and don't last anywhere as long as the AW's when they were still available.

These have been packed up for a number of years. I keep thinking of selling some as they may be useful to someone instead of just being storage ... but then I think the 'end of vaping as we know it is coming'.

I have Vamos and Zmaxes that still work. A Beyond Vape Spire? (@Uncle , remember when they had contests and I won, you told me to get the Spire. Many years ago... Never regretted it and still have it). Several Reos, Nautilus mechs, don't remember what else... All safely in the stash and checked from time to time to make sure they still work. Packed away in vacuum sealed bags with a desiccant packet. small packet...

Wow some of you are amazingly prepared for the worst. If the worst happens I’ll be ok but it seems some of you won’t miss a beat. I’m just wondering if they ban everything where the hell are we gonna spend all our money. That’s gonna be the next big boom, all that cash has to go somewhere. Just figure out what shiny thing will appeal to us vapers and you can be having dinner in Saint-Tropez on a mega yacht with the spice girls in no time.

Since I finished prepping and buying things I use a few years ago, I've been putting a bit of money towards vape-related science experiments. I think I've confirmed the importance of keeping nic base cold, and now I'm working on battery aging -- not so much with use, but in storage.

Well I can’t wait to see what you come up with. I very much appreciated the work you did showing the importance of freezing our nicotine so hopefully your work with battery storage will be as impactful. Keep up the good work Rossum, I’m sure you’re aware of this but the community is grateful for the work you do.

Dang, gone for the day and it's another 10 pages!

Sure looked like it to me. Funny, the company is located in Morrisville. Bull City is the nickname for Durham. Close enuf I guess. :)
Agree! The part that sucks is having to let the samples age a couple weeks. I'll have to mix a lot of combinations at one time.

Fruits and desserts are often snv - shake and vape. Maybe start with some in those profiles AND some in flavors that need time to meld. And maybe try to mix once a week for a while, getting sort of a rotation going.

Let me propose something else: Make test batches without nicotine and only add nic of you decided you like the mix. That way, if you don't like the mix and decide to pour it down the drain, you're not wasting nicotine.

I, like others, find the nic an essential part of the mix of flavors. (Although it may be less pronounced for those at lower mg levels - I vape at 18) And, unless you're vaping at a very high nic level, it's usually the flavorings that cost the most.

I think this thread mostly serves that purpose but I'm just wondering if there are enough reasons to split it out...one for juice and one for gear. I can see where folks would want to go back and forth depending on their latest needs.

For example, I'm far from a new vaper but I am new to DIY. This thread has been very useful to me. I'm just wondering if mixing in gear talk wouldn't make it overwhelming to the newb.

I'm thinking one thread, and, as you also mentioned, reviewing that in a month. Handing off to PMs, er, convos, on an as needed basis to prevent overload makes a lot of sense.

Heck, I'm in the dark about most of the newer rtas , and haven't looked at anything with drop-in heads in years!

The words ECF decides to censor is funny. Kretin (spelled with a C)? Really? Lol

I believe those particular islanders spell it Cretan. :)

    (Wonder if that will fly...)

I’ve tried that but while I can get a rough idea what the flavors will do, it’s not really the same as what they do with nic. I can always taste nic. And I also think flavors develop differently with nic in the mix.

It can be done, if one really must conserve to that extreme, but it’s not ideal, and I’d expect makes it more complicated for a new mixer.

    I understand, I bought Vamos......

My first "real" mod was a V1 SVD. Still works fine, squishy fire button and all :)

Well, I have to admit, I drip my flavored juice into atties on top of squonk mods that have the bottles filled with unflavored (13 mg) liquid. I use very little flavored juice that way; maybe 10-15 ml / month at most, and I don't mind at all if that flavored juice is 0 nic.
