I'm trying to remember if I've ever tried a banana flavored liquid. I don't think so. I know I've never bought any banana flavorings except banana nut bread and I just didn't get much flavor from it.

For whatever reason, SO FAR, it's been the only flavor I can vape all day. I've probably tried 6-9 store bought. If they were too tart, Perfumie, or faint, I would give them away. So obviously my first DIY attempts will be to perfect my own banana. I like other fruits, strawberry is good, but it usually has a sweeter taste, and I end up going back to banana. I like to EAT bananas, but other fruits I like to eat, were never my favorites to Vape, like Apple. One of those weird things I guess.

As a former smoker, early on, I tried some tobacco flavors, hated them, decided I wanted no reminder of the tobacco taste, and have not vaped it since.

Thanks for sharing! I'm adding it to my recipes. It looks like it has potential.
It figures though, my latest flavor order was for TFA Guava, and not Cap Sweet Guava! Oh well, it is now on the list for the next order.

My son has been using Tfa banana cream at 10% as his adv for like 6 months now,it's just about all he will vape haha.I like it for maybe a tank full once a month or so haha.

Sweet Guava (CAP) 3%
Sweetner (TFA) .5%
Vanilla Custard v2 (CAP) 1%
I mix it 6 mg Nic, 30PG/70VG. Best Taste after 2 week Steep. I call it Guavanamo Bay. Hope you like it. I know I do!!!!! I have been vaping it for about a year now.

I guess I need to try some premade's with mango & guava. Fruits are new to me so I don't want to buy flavoring until I see if I like it.

I've only found one tobacco I could vape & it is a premade pipe of all things. I haven't been able to use apple or peanut butter either, but I love to eat Gala apples & honey roasted peanut butter. I just knew all of those would be so good. [emoji34]

It was an Apple vape that got me off the cigs. Took me forever to replicate the flavor as a DIY.

Think of a cross between pear and strawberry with a touch of orange/citrus in the background.

Fruits are new to me so I don't want to buy flavoring until I see if I like it.

Wizard Labs does 8mL samplers for $1.49 (to $1.89 for the Inawara). It's a nice way to experiment, without spending a lot, or having a lot of unwanted flavor left over.

I didn't think I would either but, there was a member here that posted an apple pie (wish I could remember who so if this looks familiar to anyone, thank you very much!!) that I tweaked a little and it's an ADV for me.

I can't taste apple vapes at all. I've tried all kinds of vendor juices and flavorings but no luck. Can't taste caramel either.

I've been leaning towards sour or tart when it comes to fruit flavors. Maybe I should try green apple.

....I bought a 4oz. bottle of cinnamon spice last year,and then never figured out anywhere to use it haha.

Haha, I do that all the time. See some great recipe with a flavor I don't have, but what I need, and by then I've forgotten what I wanted to mix up. Comes with age.

I'm not stickler whatsoever for keeping it ALL TFA only, I had seen that comment earlier, and just tried staying within those parameters. We're all, so far, a great group, and should an outsider flavor appear, I don't think anyone cares at all. If it weren't for this thread I wouldn't have found (boo and hisses) Inawera Shish Strawberry. I think, and would hope, we're a TFA mainly thread.

Cap Sweet Guava, minus a touch of the sugar. Go buy one, they're amazing. Eat it just like an Apple.

Actually TFA's Guava is so potent (and realistic as well, just a bit too tart) that I can't use it above 1%

TFA Granny Smith is my go-to for most apple recipes.
