Hi everyone. :)

I have no questions about UFS because everything is working perfectly!!!
We knew already who is Male, who is Female and about your age. Now is time to know a little more about each other.
I’m interested in hearing about what you all do when you’re not vaping your GG or making a living. This is interesting too, btw.
What are your other hobbies, interests, sports and other activities?
I guess I should start first.
When I was young I was very good at chess, went for competitions many times; played a little bass guitar, a little bit of horse riding, of course I had a rock music collection. Even 3 years of body building was in my hobby list. )))
But the last of my hobbies, I’m addicted to backyard landscape designing. So, DIY is my addiction all 6 years that I’ve been in Australia. I was a city girl before and never had a shovel in my hand.))) My garden is my hobby and my escape. I know thousands of plants, because I have a thousand plants. I grow our native endemic plants and tropical ones.
I’ve built 4 fishponds already with the help on our children (digging); I 'm building a water feature at the moment, and fern creek is in process too.
For these years I built a stone fence, I continue to play with cementing, retaining walls, I’m interested in crevice gardens etc.
I think I moved around 10 tons of rocks for these 6 years. )))
To prove it I want to show you some photos of my hobby.
Before (4 years ago). Pond.

And After.

I do all landscaping by myself while my husband is playing golf.)) The family helps me only with bringing garden supplies closer, after it they are all running away. )))))
I am a Wildlife lover so my garden is for Wildlife.
We also have two German Shepherds, boy & girl. Do you have any GG pets, GG Admirers?
Well........who is next? :)

I'd love to have a big pond one day. I love Koi so I'd probably get them.

I have taken up modding just this week. Here is a mod I'm working on.

when i finish an army of these i donate them to the local Games workshop store as there are always kids going in to play the games but they are expensive to buy new so at least this gives them the chance to have a go at the games without the £££££'s outlay plus the staff give me a good discount on new stuff.
Funny though i have never played the game myself

Sweet Mini's! 40K rocks, but my friends and I call it arguehammer. Been years since I played though.

These days though, my main money sinks are vaping and my RX7 Convertible. Still have all my Dark Angels and Nurgle stuff, but I would have to buy all new paint to finish them off.

Nurgle stuff is a PIA to paint and get right.
I did a few Dioramas using Imperial guard and Tyranids a few years ago but i love marines like i say even though i have never really played i have always loved painting these as the amount of detail you can get is amazing.
I also have just about every 40k novel and am just finishing the tales of Heresy.
I do have a bike (Fazer 1000) and a couple of Old VW's a 63 KG and a 62 Notch back which i've owned for a few years but they never really need anything spending on them as i do less than a 1000mile a year in them

My love in life is Aikido. I guess you could call it a hobby, but to me it's a way of life. I also play guitar casually and game a bit on the weekends(magic the gathering CCG).

Ahh Magic, or should I say Crack the Addiction. Tried to bankrupt my self a couple of times.

I am a reformed gamer nerd that occasionally falls off the wagon. The RX7 and Vaping take up most of my cash though.....Mostly vaping.

GG's are expensive, but worth every penny.

Painting them was always the chore for me. After painting 10000 points of dark angles, facing down all the Nurgle stuff I had just bought is what actually killed it for me. Still have all my stuff though, maybe one day I'll pull it out and start at it again.

Lee72, sorry, but I agree with this decision about Koi. They become wild and invasive very fast, if people who hold them will start throw them out in waters etc. "A single 4 kg female can produce up to 1,000,000 eggs. Problems are: destruction of fragile aquatic water plants; damage to stream beds and irrigation channels; competitive interactions with desirable fish species; introduction of new parasites and diseases to desirable fish species etc." ((( It’s for Wildlife Protection. We have plenty of feral animals here without Koi. Sorry, but truth.

Jools, WOWWW!!! Absolutely fantastic tank!

UKtarget, WOW!!! :blink:Impressive!

Clavit, looks unreal!!!

Thank you everyone for showing your lists of hobbies. :)
