Ever wondered how many reviews we have on file? Or better still, how much this equals in customer savings? Well, to date we have had 4380 reviews which at 49c per review comes in at $2146.20 given back to you all for credit. It's a nice little system, I personally read virtually all of the reviews (Ty occasionally pitches in accepting them). FYI, we look at all reviews, so far we have knocked back 72 reviews, 1.5% mainly due to either exceptionally bad spelling, them not making any sense, or people abusing the reviews system for credit ( *sob* ).

Thanks to all who take part and spend the time writing the reviews, I am often impressed at the amount people put in to them - the US reviews are better than the UK ones for this. There, said it!

I love the review system! And, thank you for rewarding us for our input. It's makes us, at least me, feel like you really do care! That's what sets you apart.

Ok, with all that being said, STOP looking at the numbers, it's scary when you look at those and the discount, just don't start adding it up okay? :oops: hehehehe

Hi Abe,

LF review revenue is a super perk for us, the customers. To my limited knowledge, I think LF has more product reviews than similar supplier sites. This is a huge benefit for new customers who come looking to purchase from LF. I read a lot of these reviews before I purchased from LF. No, not all of them were 10 out of 10. I believed those reviews, and I believed they were written by real customers. After ordering and seeing how the system works, I KNOW they are real customers with real and unique opinions.

Big shout out of thanks to Libery Flights, Abe & Ty. I can only imagine how fast your company is growing. Liberty Flights stands on its own with competitive pricing, excellent discounts, review credits, customer service, fast shipping, etc. I see your name pop up on the ECF forums at least once a day, sometimes oftener.

I want you to know that your loyal supporters here on your forum, provide support and encouragement for anyone asking questions about Liberty Flights. They jump out there and endorse you and help in any way they can. Chances are you are too busy running a company to be aware of all the chatter about LF throughout this huge forum.

I just wanted you to know we support Liberty Flights with the same conviction and integrity that you folks at LF provide us. I see it everyday. The support your customers provide in the ECF forums comes not just from their experience with LF, it comes from their heart. No company in the world can buy that kind of loyalty. uh - ditto ;) You guys had me from Hello, pretty much literally! That first PM question I sent got answered within minutes (WTG Abe! LoL)... and well, that (and the answers within) caught my attention in a huge way. I knew right then which company I'd be placing my first order with! And the resulting receipt of the order, so quick... quality of the product... the entire experience was just more than anyone could hope for!

I do try not to abuse, and actually "thoughtfully" use the product (so many things I've not really had the time to really sit and USE it, or taste it or whatever) - I have a few things still from my first order I think, that I've not reviewed yet! I've just messed with one of the other options first, and liked it - and well, whenever I have time I guess I'll get to play around some more. It would be nice to be able to go back and edit your old reviews sometimes, like after maybe another month, then two, of learning more and more... but yeah, system integrity could be a problem - perhaps an 'append only' type of option.

Most of the F'Arts I've gotten, I've not reviewed yet either, because I've not really had much time to DIY other than my couple of attempts at copying anothervendornotnamed's flavor that I am obsessed with... so far unsuccessfully, but I can't blame that on the F'Arts! I need to mix each up individually with nic juice I guess, and do some taste testing, then maybe try and mix them together later. Time... time... who has any to spare? Maybe I need to check the PIF forum ;)

Just please, don't EVER put a "total" feature on that My Account page, summing up the total each of us has spent... that could end a marriage or two! LoL

Can you believe - I made it from Dec 30 until last night between orders!!!

As someone who has only recently returned to ecigs ( I didn't really give them a good enough try last year ) I would like to say how much that review system has helped me out.

Now over 7 days without an old firework type ciggy, the fact I get to read what others feel about various product lines makes choosing my purchases a lot easier. So to those that look past the free credit and take the trouble to put more thought into what they are writting I would like to say THANK YOU from a new customer. Knowing what I am buying gives me a ton more confidence through these early steps and I am unlikely to make the mistakes I made last time.

And thanks to LF for oiling the cogs with that 49c to make this machine work.

You guys are awesome. I'm very new to PVs and having your company there to go to for honest reviews of great products is a huge help. Plus, the prices are better than anywhere else!

I sat down to do reviews tonight of my first order and was so stoked to see that I was getting credit for my input. ($2.49 closer to my next order!) I would think that this would encourage people to do better reviews and it looks like that's exactly what's happening.

Your company seems great and I'm sure you are really looking toward the future with such a successful base to build upon.

Plus, it's awesome that you guys are just up the street from me!

I bought a whole bunch of little bottles of DIY flavors, and it took me a month to do all the reviews because I couldn't review one until I had tried it! Ha. It took me forever, but I finally got through them all and ended up earning over $11.00 for those reviews. What a great deal. And when I was ordering all those flavors, I totally relied on the reviews to steer me in the right direction, so I took it seriously when it came my turn to write a few. Great system.
