Yeah Hoosier it does. The 1/16 is just a hair too tight. And I have one that fits, I think it's 1/32 and that would work too.

Well, that just means it's not a standard size. Not that they are not made, but I doubt you want to order a number of them as custom and it can be a bugger to find a non-standard for purchase.

I did not see anything in the X or square styles that were close enough either in the standard size charts. (I've had the X's that were a bit too thick work sometimes, but are a bit of a bear to get in.)

Cool Z, I'm looking at a 28mm version for the UFS.

BTW try twisting clockwise (you probably have). I fit each one on 2-3 attys to test and the tight ones twist off for me.

I'm not sure how well this works with metal to metal tubes getting stuck (depends on the types of metals of the tubes) but I've had Pyrex 306 DTs get stuck on. Overnight in fridge and the Pyrex DT comes off pretty easily. I keep an old eGo battery as a handle for messing with 510 threaded cartos/attys/etc and an adapter can be used for other types of threading, in my case 801 and 901 that I like to use. In the case of Pyrex and atty the metal of the atty will shrink up a bit due to cooling and the Pyrex doesn't (not in any way we can detect without extremely sensitive measuring instruments). BTW... I clean stuck on atty/Pyrex DT first before putting in fridge. My usual cleaning for attys is five minute gentle boil, blowout, dryout, and then 20 second pulsing dryburns, with short cooling between dryburns, until no odor and/or much vapor comes off of them.

I just ordered two i06 tubes. 306 out of stock. Excited. I like to dress up my cartos/attys to other than steel or black and have had super luck with Roomate's brand repositional wall decals to make the tubes look better with some of my wood mods, mostly REOs. Today I picked up some thin copper and brass sheets/rolls that I'm going to put on with some sort of sticky. The Roomate's repositional decals last through many boilings without budging but peel right off without leaving any residue.

I got mine only yesterday, having somehow missed the 3-6-12 product unveiling.

I had given up on the i06; the delrin DT was the only game in town, and coaxing liquid past the choke point in the mouthpiece had become too much of a chore (I like to vape the way I used to smoke, i.e., just doing it without having to think about it). And let's face it: tailpiping an i06 ain't practical.

I love it when the monied Big Boys can't see the forest for the trees—can't foresee a problem, let alone a complex Band-Aid—but someone in the mob steps out with an elegantly simple solution.

Granted, this solution relies on very tight machining tolerances, but the one I'm vaping through as I type fits both my i06 and Super-T 510 tip to near perfection. The seal around the i06 barrel isn't hermetic—a slow ooze of 100% PG juice finds its way into the spill cup of my Buzz Pro—but it's much better than I expected; I've pulled out a Kleenex once since last night. Over the same period with my Cannon 2.5Ω attys, I typically go through 10 or 12 (I tend to oversupply my attys).

Put simply, it simply works. And on a less pragmatic, more emotional level, it looks great.

Major kudos, Wharfster.

Well, I'm a special kind of stupid. LOL
Received my two yesterday. I like the 306, just love the i06.
Tried to punch one to either attempt use in a tank or use as a top feeder with my GLV.
Smushed it beyond use, had to toss it.

Put my last i06 in the second one and tried a few tanks, no go.
Put a 510-510 extender on, and it looked like it would be long enough with the extender.
My reasoning, the small space where the sleeve doesn't go all the way down, may just give it just enough "air" to pull juice up to the atty for tank use.
Wouldn't even go in my tanks, but, with my VPX, it slid right in, no problem.

I was excited! Until I found that there wasn't enough air, no draw at all, so that "space" must have been right inside the bottom cap. Attempted to take the whole thing apart and chalk it up to a fail.
Bigger fail, I couldn't get the top back off. Overnight in the freezer, the atty came right out, but the sleeve and the VPX top cap are a permanent pair.

So... I'm out both sleeves, and my only purple VPX.
I guess the sleeve is usable as is, but it will sure look funny with that top cap hanging on it. hahahaha

I think I'll just go back to bed now.

xGrex I've found an o-ring that allow you to use a DS but I haven't been able to source them. As soon as I do, I'll be sending them out with the Sleeve.
Thats awesome I saw a 510 carbon fiber DS that takes o-rings and was thinking I would need to come up with something like that. Seems you are already on top of that though, good work sir.
