There are things I like & dislike about mine. I love the flavor it gives. I love the amount of vapor I get w/stock holes. The warmth is nice also. I don't like the way the wick can't touch the ceramic or else it cuts off the air hole. That kind of limits how much juice you can add. I prefer to have some wick on the deck to keep things really wet & flowing. If you get juice in the ceramic hole's it's like your sucking juice straight onto your tongue, but goes away after a few hits. I also don't like how small you have to make the coils to get them to properly fit into the post. It's pretty hard to get more then four wraps. I guess I have a love hate with it. But, it is constantly on a device it taste so good. I prefer it over my nimbus & chimbus. I did just get a igo u and actually like it more, simply because of functionality & ease.

My preferred set-up is with 2.5mm ekowool. I make 3 small loops and wrap my ribbon kanthal through the bottom of all 3 loops holding them together. This puts the top of the wick at the drip tip & the juice goes straight to the wick instead of running on the ceramic. I can load 10-12 drops at a time. It's time for a new wick so I'll post a pic in a few minutes.

That sounds Interesting, definitely throw up some pics of that build. I have ribbon and ekowool as well so I wanna give your build a try. I can't seem to get more than 5-7 drops of juice in mine before it gurgles. 10-12 sounds Nice!

Also, I have problems with my immortilzer getting stuck on the mod. I like to change to air flow & the reverse threaded really locks down the atty to the mod over time. I usually have to wrap rubber bands around them to get them off.

Here's my set-up with .8 ribbon kanthal. Four wraps comes out the .9ohm's. The 3 loops wick great even with minimal juice.

Nice one. I'll have to give this build a try. Hopefully I can get it done right without the wire rubbing up against the sides of the posts.

It's really easy. Never had that problem.

Got your build all set up. I gotta say, it works pretty damn good. I'm not sure the size of the ribbon wire I have, but I did a 3 wrap instead of a 4 wrap and it came out to 0.9ohms.

Working Nice and good so far, and I can fit way more juice in there than I did before with my old built. I love the flavor of my immo, but I'm kinda thinking of drilling the air holes out just a tad. But I don't wanna ruin the flavor if it ends up to airy.

Think I might just but a 2nd one of them.... maybe I'll wait and see if they come out with a version 3.

I've gotten a hold of 3 places in the US that sell them and all of them don't carry any parts for the immo.

not all that surprising I guess since nobody seems to sell any parts for anything really; mods, attys, tips, ex. You can't even find a o-ring or tank for 95 percent of the things we buy.

I gotta say when I bought my Immortalizer I was pretty disappointed that it contained no spares of any kind considering the $100 price tag. A $14 Igo-L comes with a bag containing any part that you could lose or break.

I know right... same with the Nimbus, Trident, and just about any other high dollar atty, mod, or hybrid. Some of the newer genesis attys are at least giving some extras. Shoot, my steamboy stormrider came with a matching drip tip and extra o-rings. And it was only $100, which ain't bad for a high end genesis atty.

I got mine today and I have to say, this thing has quite simply taken my vaping to a whole different level. The flavour it produces makes me want to smack my lips. I'm not a cloud chaser, but I do enjoy a good exhale and it's on par or better with what I can get from my Cyclone. It's a nice, warm, wet vape as well. I had read about the tight draw, but for me this has just enough pull. I did grab a cyclops base as a spare though, so who knows yet if I'll prefer that better.

Anyway, really impressed and another beautifully crafted piece of kit from the Philippines.

I have been setting mine up with SA mesh wrapped around 2mm silica as per a video that bishopheals posted recently on YouTube.
I've tried it 2 ways, like he mentions, with 2 wires paralleled with 4 wraps (making it a dual coil with 8 wraps) and more recently with bakero wire, almost like microcoil style and this set up is phenomenal...try it...I think you'll like it

I've got mine pretty well dialled in. 7 wraps of 0.4mm kanthal ribbon (for 1.8 ohms) along a single run of 3mm Bastos wick is giving me a smooth, super flavourful vape with a really satisfying exhale and just enough throat hit to let you know it's there. I'm really happy with my build on this one too. Wicks like a champ and can handle a good long draw.
