I'm looking into getting a lemo because of the problems I've had with my kayfun clone. I was wondering if the lemo leaks and how it would look on a Provari setting how it's 23mm and the Provari is 22.

I think it looks fine:

You guys are worse than the people at a B&M shop.
I just bought one after reading all the reviews and watching the pbusardo review, plus a couple other reviewers. I hope this thing is better than the kayfun 3.1 and the Russian 91 clone that leaked all over my pocket.

Lol well no. I was at a vape shop today, and a staff spent 40 minutes convincing a total newb that he NEEDS a dna40 mod.

See. We aren't that bad. All a matter of perspective really :p

All these posts about wicking/leaking issues without mentioning the type of wick & coild build you're using is kind of pointless.

I'm using...
26g 5/6 wrap parallel coil (0.4 ohm) ~2mm diameter, 1cm excess rayon wick each side
40w/4.2v on a Sig 100+
No wicking issues whatsoever

Pointless! You didnt say what PG\VG juice you're using! hehe ;)

The Provari is roughly 22mm, but it's actually more like 22.75 or so. I used the Provari tank ring with mine, and there was always a little lip with my 22mm Kayfuns where the Provari was a touch larger. When I put the Lemo on it, it looked much better - almost perfectly flush. Zombo posted pics above with the P3, and the 2.5 looks just as good.

you guys have to try a parallel 28g coil build on the lemo, chuck the vapor and chuck the flavor! vapin it for a week now and could not be happier, 0.7Ω build on 35W(5v). no dry hits and full on vaping experience :)

I've had a .7ohm 26ga parallel in one of mine for a couple of months now. It's a nice vape.

I'm using 28g kanthal at 1.8ohms about 5 wraps on a 3mm mandrel and 20pg/80vg... at about 11.5W and the dry hits stopped when I closed off my AFC to about halfway-ish as long as I do lung hits it doesn't dryburn, but if i do small pulls then i get dry hits and it sucks... this is making me wonder if I really want to get a Kayfun V4 now....

Never mind got it. Now trying to use the silicone plug but seems too big for the full hole, any special method to plug it so it will stay in place?

Before putting the silicon plug in the fill port, juice it up a little to lubricate it, then jam it down with your thumb or forefinger. The base (ring with 510 on it) will take care of holding it in place when you screw it down. Make sure the three other surrounding "tabs" are flat against the surface before screwing on the 510 base.

I guess I need some schooling on this, but I thought the fill port was a screw? Also what are these tabs you speak of? I haven't received mine yet and would like to see some pics to see what your talking about.
Thank you
