Mine, even when fully closed was still very airy. I unscrewed and re-screwed the center post (that the air flow controller is on) and now it's working more to my liking.

Just didn't know if it was supposed to be very airy even with the control all the way closed.

When mine are closed completely, there's no airflow.

After I find the setting I want, I stick a drip tip o-ring over the threads under the AFC ring to hold the setting. It has been my experience that it usually loosens itself with use, not tighten, so the o-ring fixes the loose AFC for me.

My guess is there was/is a metal burr on one of your cross-drilled holes that was keeping the AFC ring from closing all the way. If that's the case, take it apart and try working the ring back and forth until it frees up. Like other people have mentioned, when the ring is closed on these things, they're damn near air tight!

Well, the 0.5 ohm parallel coil isn't my type of vape, but for those that like it, the Lemo wicking can keep up :). No dry hits at all. But when I have time I'm going to change it. Too intense for me.

It is pretty intense that low, I build mine up at .8 ish and it's more manageable. Are you using Rayon?

Any issues with the insulator running the lower ohms?
Not yet with me.

Me either. One of mine is built at .32ohms and it does fine at 30watts regulated (all my device will deliver), or on a single 18650 mechanical, which would be around 50watts I guess. The insulators on these things are pretty robust.

I don't know why everyone likes rayon. I tried it a few days ago and it has a very odd taste. I'll stick with Japanese cotton. Wicks great even if I go 30+ watts on my Lemo.

You are probably over wicked with it. I had the same issue for a while. Went back and forth with cotton, finally reduced the amount of Rayon I was using and bam!
But if the Japanese cotton works for you, go with it!

Not everyone likes it, I have it but don't like it myself, has a strange taste to me, I got some Japanese cotton about a month ago, and I do really like that :)

Finally got this to stop leaking but had to put a ton of cotton in. Too used to KFs and Orchids where less is more.

Is there any other black drip tips that go well with this? I tend to bite my drip tips when I vape and its scratching the stock black drip tip.

I hardly use any cotton in mine, I cut the cotton so when it comes down from the coil, it only just touches the deck, and I have no problem with leaking.

Has anyone changed the drip tip on there Lemo?
Just for the heck of it I popped the drip tip from one of my old mini protank 3s in there and I definitely felt it improved the flavor. It also made me notice how massive that stock drip tip is haha.
On a side note is anyone else super antsy for the release of the Lemo Drop? I notice that I get an improvement in flavor on my Lemo when my juice level goes just below the top part of the chimney, which would be the top of the Lemo Drop. Also, a 5ml tank is a little too big for me, I've gone to 5 days on a full a tank. I'm hoping that someone offers a "Drop" kit for the lemo, from the looks of it, the only difference is the smaller glass tank and the shorter top chimney piece, so if you got those two pieces you could probably convert your regular Lemo.

What flavored juices were you guys using who didn't like the rayon?
I just ordered some rayon and some japanese cotton to try out and I use mostly menthol flavored liquids, I'm wondering if certain flavors just happen to taste weird with rayon. Could be personal taste preference though, just curious.

I tried Unicorn Blood from Fuzion in my Kayfun clone. Now I will say I do hate that clone and didn't try it in my Lemo yet but I did try it in my Tobeco Tohb and it was a little better in there but still wasn't a fan

Yep. I hate the one it comes with. Too long and narrow. And if a drop kit came out I'd definitely get one. Would be nice to have something smaller

I've noticed that a lot of people have had problems with their airflow adjustment. For whatever reason, I haven't had any problems with mine, I have it about 3/4 of the way open right now and it seems to stay it place fine.
When I adjust it I don't tip it upside down, I kinda lift it above my head looking up at it and adjust it that way. I also keep it right side up when I screw and unscrew the 510 base. Seems like kind of a minor detail, but maybe doing it this way is more efficient for whatever reason. Just thought I'd share.
