My only complaint with the Lemo is all the exposed glass, I wish they had a sleeve to cover it. I've only broken one tank so far, but I'm sure it won't be my last.

The jest of it is when dealing with a DNA40 every electrical connection has to be tight, and making good contact every time all the time.
on other regulated mods or even mech mods it's not as critical, important but not critical.
The DNA40 will tell off on wonky builds, subpar connections, and wicking issues, which is a good thing and once you have them sorted out you can't ask for a better bore satisfying vape.
Soon gone will be the days of just slapping questionable builds together and pushing massave power thew them and hoping for the best.
When dealing with Ni200 forget what you thought you knew about coil building, and pay close attention to every connection from your atty all the way to your device 510 connection making damn sure everything is tight and remain tight.
Oh and the more moving parts you have the more you are going to have to pay attention, I forsee the kayfun 4 as being a nightmare paired with the DNA40
So the dry-hits went away and I got back to vaping but I noticed I was getting almsot no flavor. I fiddled with AFC but no change. Frustrated with my decidedly sub-par experience I went ahead and tore down my build again. Wick showed no signs of burning and was saturated. No leaks, coil fired fine, resistance stable. The juice is Crapples from ITC - a decidedly strong sour apple/cider flavor but I'm getting almost zero flavor running it through the Lemo on my previous build (2.2ohm, 30awg kanthal running at 6-10watts on my MVP2). Anyone have any suggestions other than running a higher-power build?
Edit: Flavor comparison made against a standard Nautilus with a fresh BVC coil. Flavor for days on that thing, but with the Lemo all I got is the nicotine peppery taste/feeling.

So I followed WW's advice and put a drip tip o-ring under under the cylinder the 510 pin threads into (left the rubber washer in place)
Now I have no resistance jumping issues. Before it'd jump from .4 all the way to 3+ sporadically. I guess it's just an issue of stacked tolerances with mine. Half a tank and no jumps... loving it again.

6-10 watts and 2.2 ohms ain't doing the Lemo any justice no doubt your not getting any flavor I'm not familiar with your device but try a 1ohm to 1.6 ohm build and crank it up some.
The Lemo is certainly not designed for under powered devices, in fact it really shines sub ohm 20 to 40 watts, I've even taken one up to 80watts for a brief time, it was HOT, but juicy & flavorful.
If I remember right the mvp2 only does like 11 or 15 watts or so and may just be too underpowered for you to get the most out of your wonderful Lemo.
I don't see why not as long as you put it between the center pin and the delrin washer to make sure you don't short out the 510.WW, do you think a super thin washer would work well in the bottom stack to get a better connection?
Gonna order some tiny orings for the external side of the 510.
Took the plunge last night and drilled out the center post. Not quite sure of the diameter since I used my dremel and slowly went up in grinding bit sizes until I felt I maximized what I could for how much time I had been there lol. The draw is much easier now, but FYI, it does sacrifice a LITTLE flavor, which was to be expected, but not enough to be concerned at all.
Don't take this the wrong way, but it seems quite silly to me to drill out a Lemo, I can understand touching up the air holes if you get one that whistles but you get a ton of unrestricted airflow through it.
Keep in mind I'm an unrestricted airflow person myself, I've bought, sold, and modded many attys that just didn't live up to the hype, and I find the Lemo to be the single most unrestricted atty I've found, and a tank at that.
So in my mind I have to wonder what it is you are trying to accomplish, I know you're probably like most of us on the quest for the perfect vape, but I can't for the life of me can't wrap my mind around it, heck you could just about run a marathon while breathing through the Lemo stock.
You're absolutely right, I can literally breath through my modified Lemos, but the taste is off at my normal 20-25 watts. If I want good flavor, I have to crank the power up to 30-35 watts, or even higher with some juices.
Vaping reminds me of tuning an engine: Air, Fuel, Power, and if you have an eVic Supreme with RVV/RVW, even Timing comes in to play!

Question for you guys that are running nickel builds in your lemos. I built my second lemo the exact same as the first an am finding TP kick in waaaaay more than my first build. I've pulled it apart a couple times, adjusted my wicking and juice flow seems to be fine. Is it possible I have a hot leg?
