I'm not sure I see the benefits to using the post holes. I've had more problems with hot legs when using them. I find that wrapping around the screws seems to work much better. Or perhaps I've just been doing it wrong....

Bits scrambled by Tapatalk...

One thing I don't like about them is they are so freaking tiny. Yea, I think I will go back to the screws.

Yes, sorry I meant 'twisted'.

I was using the screws. But lately I have been trying spaced coils and they were long enough that using the holes seemed appropriate. Although, I have seen some people here using the screws even with the longer coils....maybe I'll try that next time.

I wanted to try the twisted because I heard it increases flavor....is that correct?

If I say no, I can almost guarantee the next post will be someone swearing they get tons more flavor with twisted wire. Best advice is just try it and see what difference you notice.

Has anyone had problems with the fill screw? Mine doesn't want to go in and now its stuck! Gonna let my hubby see if he can get it out. But before I could get to start threading down no matter how many ways I tried. It keeps wanting to crossthread.

I tried the silacone plug but really didn't like it.

Until i can find a chepo wide bore drip tip, im vaping with out a tip. The stock drip tip is too long, too skiny and awkward to suck on. I know exactly what you dirty minds are thinking of....lol
I just want a metal to plastic tip, .....err... extra wide. Yeah, i said it, laugh it up.

I'm using the drip tip from my Atlantis. It works great and looks like it was made for the Lemo.

mine likes to hang alot at first but i just keep backing it out and putting it until it goes smoothly. hope you didn't cross thread it. if it did cross up then you maybe stuck using the plug.

New that wouldn't take long. When are they suppose to be out?

Not sure, stole this pic from another thread. Would appear Kanger is listening to us though. A lot of neg comments on the 25mm size of the sub. Even the 23mm size of the Billow. Dang, vapers are picky!

Wouldn't say twisted winds offer a better flavor; just different. The flavor profile def changes and often for the better with NETs in my experience. One thing for sure is they fire slower than equivalent res single strand micro coils.

The pic above is a tension wound twisted 30awg.

I stop using the fill screws after receiving my 2nd Lemo. I washed it, typically what I do with new gear, and let it air dry over night. Well the Fill screw rusted, while threaded, PITA to clean out. The silicone ring works perfectly and have been using them in all my Lemo's from that point on.

Sounds like it got cross-threaded. If the threads aren't damaged in the base, I'm pretty sure there's a spare fill screw included with the kit.

The trick to threading these tiny screws and pieces in these atomizers is to spin the screw backwards until you feel the threads fall into place, and then screw in the screw.

My overwhelming preference is for the rubber plug. You might give it another try.

I may have too...This thing is driving me nuts! I paid 35 dollars for it so Im gonna get it to work for me eventually.

Another vote for the silicon ring plug thingy. (one of my favorite things about the Lemo) The only time mine didn't work is when everything was clean and dry, so when I screwed on the base, it grabbed the ring and spun it. Usually there's a lot of condensation/juice in there, which keeps it from doing that.

I had that happen once when I first used the plug on my Drop, but hasn't happened since. Probably for the exact reason you mention.

I found the rubber plug a little fidgety at first, but with a little practice, it really does it's job well and makes filling much easier.

Are there any leaking issues with the subtank? I have read if you put it on its side for a long while, it will leak.

I might think about getting getting the 22mm version instead of another Lemo. 22mm version and cloupor mini would look nice.
But the Lemo is "safe". Again products coming out left and right. My wife won't be happy about this lol

I haven't had a problem with my fill screw although I do notice that you need to have it straight for it to go easily , if its on an angle theres something in its way.
Have it straight up and it should screw in good.
