DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
complexion, most definitely. microcirculation improves dramatically.
yesterday, i had a surgeon i work with, who's been gone for a while, ask me if i had recent cosmetic surgery or hyaluronic fillers.....that's what a BIG difference it has made! i definitely will be saving money on restylane injections and plastic surgery! if THAT aint enough motivation for a woman (or man) to quit smoking, i dont know what is! (let alone, the obvious health reasons!)

I don't actually KNOW what the effect is... But I've been told my complexion is a lot better since I started vaping. Really don't know what that has to do with anything except MAYBE that now more oxygen is actually getting to the places it needs to... Don't really know if that's a REAL explanation or not... but it kinda works for me LOL

You don't need that, you look fine
And :censored: what men think, anyway (if you did it for that reason)

Something occured to me today while I was out in the smoking section at school that gave me heart pangs because I'm not sure what the answer will be. It was really windy (I live in Florida) and for the first time in months, the air had a super light chill instead of warm heat in it, just enough to let you know that the season is changing. My favorite cigarettes are winter cigarettes, especially that first one when the cold really just hit. When I get my PV in, and I find a juice that provides me with accurate throat hit, will it be the same?

Every smoker tends to remember that 1 of 100++ they actually enjoyed.. Don't fall into the trap....

(But I know what you mean, not about winter ones.... just know what you mean!)

I know what you mean. My favorite analogs were always in the fall. I was worried about it too. Right up until recently when there was a slight chill in the breeze and I was vaping "Atomic Cinnecide." At that point I knew I was gonna be okay. No, it's not gonna be the same, but if you look and find the right flavor, it maybe even better.

Well, I'm on day 6 of vaping, having giving up coffin nails utterly from day one, and I'm already noticing all manner of things big and small that have changed. Other than the improvements to my senses of taste and smell and clearing of sinuses and lungs, other things I've noticed:

- Clothes don't smell of smoke -- I can still smell my cologne on my shirt :D

- I don't have to make time for a cigarette nor am I obligated to finish one that I lit or waste it if I don't have time. If I have a spare moment or two I just take a couple pulls and put it away.

- I don't have to go outside in the rain now or freezing cold during the winter during my breaks at work. I can just sit at my desk and vape. (a point my boss brought up to me this morning in fact -- he loves this idea and is glad I gave up the cancer sticks)

- I can smell other people's cigarette smoke like a non-smoker already (to some degree, anyway) -- at a considerable distance, too, if I'm upwind. It's kind of weird.

- I'm not snacking so much at work. (I was a compulsive snacker) Now I just take a puff or two instead.

- I wanted to chalk this up to coincidence, but I'm actually noticing that I'm not as tired as I normally am. About this time (2pm) at work I'd be ready to crawl under my desk and take a six-hour nap. I don't even feel sleepy now, and I didn't get much sleep last nght. (Father-in-law was staying over, and he snores). This may have as much to do with cutting out much of the snacking as it does the vaping, but either way the end result is awesome.

Best part is there's more where that came from. :D

When it's time to tie up the garbage bag.....I take the strings and bounce the bag a couple of times to tamp it down so I can tie it. I used to just "love" (yuk) that big puff of nasty, several day old cigs (from about a million butts emptied over several days) that would about knock me over. No more. The one ashtray I still have is clean and sparkling. It holds little bits of blue foam and a pair of tweezers now.

Wow! This thread is awesome. :)

Tomorrow I'm on day 8 of strictly vaping (haven't had one puff of a cig since I got my V2Cig in the mail), and I've noticed a whole host of things...

1. The smell, obviously. This was the thing I DESPISED about smoking the most.
2. I am sleeping like a freaking champ. Normally I wake up at 6:30 AM on the weekends and can't go back to sleep...the last two days I went back to bed and slept until 9:00! Sweet! And I feel great when I wake up instead of aching everywhere.
3. Everything seems to have more clarity. I can't explain it, but the world around me seems so much clearer.
4. No more guilt...Every kind of it. (This is huge.)
5. The multi-vitamin I've been taking is actually doing what it's supposed to instead of getting eaten up by toxins from cigs.
6. I don't have to deal with people harassing me about being such a hypocrite because I'm a health-nut/herbalist who smokes.
7. Not having to cut visits short with non-smoking friends and relatives because I need to smoke.
8. My husband is so proud of me that he got teary-eyed and told me so. That was the BEST. :)

I could go on all night, but I have to go order some more juice. ;)
