- I can use my cup holders in my car without worrying about blocking the ashtray.

- I cleaned out my ashtray and put the cig lighter in it so I can keep my usb plugged in and use a PT.

- No smoke or ashes in my eyes. Vapor don't burn my eyes and no ashes to worry about, so I can drive with both eyes open which is a good thing.

I know!! Maybe someone could make a juice like that, that stings your eyes when you vape. If you ever feel like an analogue inhale that juice, get stinging eyes and say "Damn.. now I remember why I hate analogues" I'm pretty sure you'd only use that juice once ;)

Great thread, newbie here. Funny about the rolled down windows in the car. Out of habit I still roll drivers side down a bit, even though I don't have to now. But I do like the extra air, lol. And the air vents can blow on me now and turned away so not have ash and the smoke in my eyes. Not dusting myself off when I arrive at work (you know ashes were everywhere). People commenting my voice is changing and not coughing as much. Not needing riccola as often to control cough, now just for a dry mouth sometimes, I drink plenty of water anyway before and after.
Walks or runs you definatly notice someone smoking and how you smell that how far away? wow
Breathing is better for sure, smoked American Spirits for many years, and could still power walk while on them, but now how much faster I can go and longer, haha. Dont feel as stinky either and smell things now better as before I would just get hints of fragrances.

Y'know, I perversely miss the freak accidents that go with smoking...

Like the time I was going 80 around a curve and nearly bought the farm because when I stuck my cigarette out the window to ash, the wind blew the cherry off and straight into my eye.

or that time I was shooting the breeze with a buddy on his deck and turned around to flip the cherry off my cigarette and it hung on just a microsecond too long, flew over my shoulder and amazingly landed in my beer bottle.

Also there was that gambling feeling when you use a dark lighter and couldn't tell when it was about empty. It's like using stick deodorant, one second everything's good and the next it's a huge problem.

Or when you are drunk at a bonfire party and you are using a book of matches to light a cigarette, and the wind is blowing so you are cupping your hands and you are so drunk you don't realize you are still holding the book of matches, and you get a match lit and cup your hands and the match catches the other matches in the book you have in your hand and the whole thing goes up in flames and burns the hell out of your hand.

Yeah, I miss those too!!

Had a situation where I actually missed having my smoke.

Went to the hardware store (local old fashion kind) and bought a handful of woodscrews. Clerk was out of little bags and I didn't want a big one. Got to the car and had to hunt for something to put the screws in.
In the past that job always fell ton the cellophane from the pack. Only real helpful function from carrying a pack that I've run into so far.

...or drunk at home and talking on the phone, when suddenly started getting what I thought was a bad phone connection, only to discover that the crackling in my ear was my hair that I just set on fire...duh. I guess I don't miss drinking that much either.
