I used to have DAILY headaches. I was having to take something for it several times a day just to function. Since I quit the tobacco, my headaches are GONE, GONE, GONE!

Plus all of the other good stuff everyone else has already mentioned....
carbon monoxide, benzine, the list goes on. not to mention, i think all heavy smokers suffer from dehydration. these are all headache triggers. i get mild headaches when i vape and don't hydrate enough, but i keep ahead of it. i am a migraine sufferer. real bad. (12 hour puke sessions bad.). haven't had one in a while so i cant say vaping is helping or not. jury is still out on that one. one thing i do notice. i used to get dizzy spells when i crawled inside and under equipment. so far that has not happened since switching. congrats on all the improvements in your lifestyle. keep it up.

I really noticed it after I quit cigs when I went to a local casino. Walked in the door and about fell over from the smell of stale cigarettes and beer. Never noticed it that much while smoking. I usually draw a crowd with my ecig though. I have never seen anyone else with one here yet and people are always curious.

Being able to take single drags then put down or put in my pocket until next time. I'm vaping less than I smoked because I can do on an as needed basis!

I look forward to this when playing video games with my sons. I go through a lot of cigs while playing because they are constantly burning, it would be nice to only have it being used when I need it. I burn through a lot of money because of that.

Analog free since January 2nd and not even a resolution.

Not wheezing anymore.
Actually having lost 10 of the many more pounds I need to lose because I can walk more than a block and not just for smokes.
Not having to excuse myself from my friends excellent company because I have to go outside and have a smoke.

Working in IT I have alot of personal contact with my fellow employeees and realising how much I must have stunk but now don't (I hope).

Learning not to be a hypocrite and leaving other smokers alone because I did not like it when someone was holier than me for not smoking.
